The Real Life 101 Scholarship Fund is honored and extremely proud to have OmniSource
as a sponsor for the students from Woodward High School in Toledo, Ohio. Each scholarship
recipient receives a $1,000.00 per year scholarship commitment, is assigned a certified Real
Life Mentor, and receives a laptop with software and backpack.
OmniSource is one of North America’s largest processors and distributors of scrap and
secondary metals. OmniSource’s Toledo Ohio office has been a supporter of the Real Life
program for a number of years and in 2011 indicated to Real Life that they wanted to sponsor
Woodward High School in Toledo. Because of their business relationship with the Founder
& Chairman of Real Life 101 they were able to see the importance of the program and
made the very important commitment to sponsor Woodward High School. In addition they
provided all of the mentors that have been assigned to the Woodward High School students.
