To divert valuable reusable materials Demostration p project j posi-shell p latex p paint Support Builders/Owners in the region with LEED certification by recycling construction waste. Having less than a 10 year landfill capacity in 29 acres permitted 50 acres p partially yp permitted C & D recycling is a critical management tool to preserve landfill space p p p provide revenue. Rapid growth in Fauquier County and surrounding region prompted C&D recycling Limited capacity C & D Landfill Limited capacity Keep Revenue C & D materials delivered will be processed and recycled to the greatest extent possible Additional landfill volume within an already y established area. Additional y years of stable disposal p capacity p y Post closure care will be extended. The C & D Facility y will serve as a critical processing center for the Northern Virginia Region. Permit, procure and construct new recycling facility to upgrade old system to handle material volume.
