4x2 WebPro
PF-90 AutoMark
4x2 WebPro is a compact and productive high-speed saw that
was specifically created by Alpine Equipment for cutting floor
truss webs and blocks. It cuts webs from six inches to 46 inches
at up to 40 pieces per minute. The Web Pro has two pairs of 14inch saw blades. With each pair mounted at a 90-degree
complement to each other, it can cut both ends of a web
simultaneously, increasing production and saving time.
2
The X4 Linear Saw, built on the success
of the Alpine Linear Saw (ALS), adds
the ability to cut one, two, three or four
boards at the same time. Lumber passes
through the X4 lengthwise - just like the
ALS - but the X4’s Autoloader and
faster conveyor speeds result in cutting
that’s up to four times faster. The
operator follows onscreen prompts
indicating the number of boards to load.
Boards are loaded, clamped, fed through the saw, cut and
marked. Waste material is fed to the back of the saw and small
parts are delivered to the front. Servo drives are highly advanced
and they make the X4 more accurate, safer and productive than
traditional component saws. Setups are done on the fly in a
fraction of a second and cuts are precise to a sixteenth of an inch!
PF-90 Cutting System with AutoMark combines the fast,
accurate cutting of the PF-90 up-cut saw with a inkjet printer in a
powerful system that effortlessly handles two of the most
critical and difficult processes of wall panel manufacturing plate cutting and panel layout. The AutoMark accurately marks
stud, cripple and jack locations, job and panel number, subcomponent and window/door locations and sheeting locations
on both top and bottom plates simultaneously at 1,000 linear feet
per hour! The system works with most wall panel software
programs including panelVIEW from Alpine.

e-SHOP, the industry’s leading truss plant connectivity
software can give you better control of people, material,
production and costs. It’s Windows-based, so you won't have to
spend your valuable time learning a whole new computer
system. And it’s been conceived, designed and tested by
professionals who understand your business and its unique
challenges. As a result, e-SHOP works the way you do, and
doesn’t impose new procedures on your plant - and your people
- that could affect productivity. In fact, the more you use eSHOP, the better it works. Once it has actual production rates,
clients, types of jobs, material etc., it can use that information to
make more accurate estimates.
Considering an equipment acquisition, upgrade or expansion?
Here’s how to make it happen. Banks and other financial
institutions may not understand your business. But we do, and
we have the tools and the know-how to put a finance program
together that fits your needs. Working with us you will get a
waiver of cash deposit at time of order and full financing
(100%) on a single machine or an entire plant. Payments are
structured to fit your unique requirements so you can conserve
your capital and preserve existing credit. Be sure to take
advantage of IRS depreciation allowances. Offers subject to
qualification and approval.
The Metra-Cut Centerline Saw and Fenceline Saw are radial
arm saws mounted on a turntable. The left side of the blade
enters the lumber at the same point as the fence, regardless of
the cutting angle, resulting in a constant reference point for
measurement. Adding Speed Cut Express Automation turns
your saw into a high-production, low-cost saw servo-controlled
cutting system that uses an industry standard .trs file to set the
angle and length of each cut. Retrofit to your existing MetraCut saw and double its current production. Or order a new
Fenceline saw with Speed Cut Express Automation.
The Radial Arm Saw is designed with building professionals in
mind to withstand the demands of continuous professional
operation. A full range of cutting angles and an easy-to-read
scale keep production flowing on every project. Alpine
Equipment’s Radial Arm Saw cuts from a single point at the
fence, starting at the same position regardless of angle. That one
feature greatly simplifies setup and measurements of material
while reducing operator movement and fatigue.

RAM Easy Rider
The RAM Easy Rider’s gantry rides along the top of the
table system, not on a track on the floor. The operator rides on a
platform attached to the gantry, which gives him complete control of gantry travel and liftouts. He
simply steps from the platform onto the table to position the upper truss pieces and connectors. The
assemblers remain on the floor. This distribution of workload keeps the process smooth, efficient and highly
productive. The RAM Easy Rider comes in customizable 7-foot increments starting from 42 feet in length with a
14.5-foot width and the surface material best suited for your operation: plastic or steel. Rayner sloping lift outs and
receivers remove the necessity of human handling of the finished truss. The EasyRider steel top system can become
an automated system with the addition of the optional AutoSet C4, which adds true servo technology, and enhanced
reliability and accuracy.
FloorMaster
Speed Roll
The FloorMaster Floor Truss Fabrication System includes

boost to productivity. This simple, easyto-operate machine handles 2 x 4 and 2 x 6
lumber to splice chords applicable to
common or System 42 trusses. Airactivated lumber clamps and a hydraulic
press ensure tight, uniform splices. A
heavy-duty model capable of handling 2 x
8 and 2 x 10 lumber sizes is also available.
The Roller Press, designed for
reliability with a heavy-duty 4-inch
through-shaft and nine baffles, is the
toughest roller press in the industry.
Trusses up to 15-feet high pass through
the Roller Press at up to 140 linear feet
per minute where two 24-inch rollers
exert 30,000 pounds of force that firmly
embeds the connector plates. This
completes the assembly process and
moves completed trusses on to the
staging area.

that’s up to four times faster. The
operator follows onscreen prompts
indicating the number of boards to load.
