Itinerary
The Area 27 Open House & Poker Run is an opportunity for members and guests to gather,
play, and tour the construction site. Participants will learn rst hand what it takes to design and
construct a world-class motor racing circuit .
This extra-long-weekend adventure begins Thursday May 5 with a wine and cheese evening
reception at August Motorcars in Kelowna. On Friday morning we start our engines and head south
along picturesque roads to the Spirit Ridge at Nk’ Mip Resort on Lake Osoyoos – our home for the
weekend. On Friday afternoon you'll have an opportunity to participate in our very own Area 27 car
show and evening brings a barbecue with live music.
After breakfast on Saturday we tour the Area 27 construction site with Jacques Villeneuve, Trevor
Seibert and Richard Spénard. Our pros will introduce the circuit and answer questions about
construction. We'll have food options on-site because hiking around the track will build an appetite.
Post track tour we return to Spirit Ridge for a wine social followed by a banquet dinner, awards
ceremony and charity auction (Charter Members can bid to change their membership number to
either 12 or 27). Sunday morning we bid you farewell over breakfast as we make plans for future
days lapping the track.
Join us for this fantastic weekend.

Country Music & Classic Rock Entertainers
Robyn & Ryleigh and Friends
Sisters Robyn and Ryleigh are an emerging country/pop duo hailing from Langley, B.C. Their sound
is a reection of their combined musical inuences - the energy of modern sounds blended with
traditional country elements of acoustic instruments, meaningful lyrics, and sibling harmonies.
Robyn and Ryleigh are authentic country girls - singing about fast cars, boys, and hot summer nights.
Robyn can be found tinkering on her own car while Ryleigh loves quadding, part mud, part makeup,
part glamorous, part funny.
Recently signed to Royalty Records (Sony Music Canada) with fresh new music on the way, the girls
are primed to break out on an international level.
Stonebolt
(Ray Roper & David Wills)
Vancouver’s Stonebolt arrived as part of the wave of talented bands that helped put Western
Canada on the musical map. Stonebolt toured relentlessly throughout the 70’s across Canada and
the Western U.S., honing their music and building a large fan base in the days before the internet.
In 1977, they signed with Parachute Records in Los Angeles and began recording albums and had
numerous hit singles. Their biggest was ‘I Will Still Love You’ which charted in the U.S. They
appeared on the top TV shows of the day, including American Bandstand with Dick Clark, and
Midnight Special with Wolfman Jack.
Stonebolt continues to put on a lively and entertaining show, performing favorites from the highying times when classic rock was just plain ‘rock.’
