POWERFUL, VERSATILE PERFORMANCE IN CONFINED SPACES
At JCB, we understand that certain industries and applications require specialist solutions, and we have developed a variety of machine builds, systems and attachments that allow the JCB Backhoe Loader
range to meet the specific requirements and carry out the major tasks involved.
Visibility is superb, with a sloped engine bonnet and a narrow boom and dipper – also essential for digging narrow trenches – while operator comfort, with industry-leading ultra-low cab noise levels, deluxe
automotive cab styling, and air-conditioning*, is unsurpassed.
Livelink* gives added security, tracks unauthorised machine use, and monitors the need for servicing.
Quickhitches* fitted to both the excavator and loader enable quick interchange between different attachments, vastly reducing wasted time.
An extensive range of attachments are available, including hammers, patch planers, compactor plates, road sweepers, and lifting hooks. JCB also offers the option of a hydraulic hand-held tool circuit, an
industry exclusive. A variety of tools can be run off it, including breakers, submersible water pumps, disc-cutters, and impact drills, eliminating the need for separate power packs, transport, and operators.
This can equate to huge savings in fuel and manpower over the course of a contract.
2CX
Specifically designed for the utility market, the JCB 2CX Streetmaster has compact dimensions, fourwheel steer manoeuvrability, and concentrated digging power.
The 2CX Streetmaster can easily work and manoeuvre within a single carriageway, minimising disruption
to traffic. Add a side-tip shovel*, and the Streetmaster can operate parallel to the curb, reducing the
required working space even further.
The backhoe unit has superb narrow trenching capability, and is fitted with an extending dipper, hammer
pipework, Quickhitch and street pads as standard.
3CX
The JCB 3CX is the world’s most advanced Backhoe Loader, with an unrivalled combination of power,
productivity, and efficiency.
The equal-length boom and dipper allow excavation close to the machine, while integrated, seatmounted servo controls* – an industry exclusive – allow the operator to work with the seat pointing
to the side, for maximum working comfort.
TorqueLock*, another industry exclusive, increases fuel efficiency by up to 25%, speed uphill by 10%,
and working radius by 10%, while reducing travel times by 10%.
The introduction of a new high-flow auxiliary circuit gives the 3CX the capability to power a trencher,
perfect for laying pipes and cables without bucket excavation and unnecessary ground disturbance.
