TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM CAUSE Your Blaster ON/OFF light is not working. Your Laser Blaster’s lights are flashing Green and Red alternatively while charging the Vectron® Wave. IMPORTANT BATTERY INFORMATION • Requires 6 x 1.5-V AA alkaline batteries (not included). • Batteries are small objects. • Replacement of batteries must be done by adults. • Follow the polarity (+/-) diagram in the battery compartment. • Promptly remove dead batteries from the toy. • Dispose of used batteries properly. • Remove batteries for prolonged storage • DO NOT incinerate used batteries. • DO NOT dispose of batteries in fire, as batteries may explode or leak. • DO NOT mix old and new batteries or types of batteries (i.e. alkaline/standard). • DO NOT use rechargeable batteries. • DO NOT recharge non-rechargeable batteries. • DO NOT short-circuit the supply terminals. The Vectron® Wave Only the Laser Blaster is powerful and accurate enough to take down an evil Vectron® Wave. This product complies with Part 15 of the FCC rules. PRODUCT BATTERY REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS: Internal battery is factory installed, product disassembly and battery removal must be performed by an adult. Use a screwdriver ONLY for removing the three screws that hold the top half of the Vectron Wave®. You DO NOT need to use any tools afterwards. Pulling, tearing, and deforming of the product during disassembly, while necessary, should be as limited as possible. Do not compress the product at any time. Ensure product is turned off. Find a point where the two body halves meet; the nose of the aircraft or where the wing meets the body. Start to peel the halves apart, separating them where they are glued together; remove any tape as necessary. Separate product body halves to expose internal electronics. To separate battery from product use scissors to cut a single battery wire, immediately wrap the cut wire end with tape to isolate it, repeat until all battery wires are cut and isolated. Dispose of battery in accordance with your local battery recycling or disposal laws. NOTE: Opening of product and/or removal of battery will render product inoperative and voids manufacturer warranties, dispose of remaining product components in accordance with local laws. WARNING: Do not point the LED light at eyes. It is rare but possible for seizures to be triggered by light flashes. To reduce exposure to such potential, do not flash lights directly into eyes. After you turn it on, set it flat on the ground and let it move up and down for 10 seconds. The sensor: When in Battle mode, the Vectron® can sense the Laser from your Laser Blaster and will move to avoid it. Be quick – it knows where you are! Vectronium Shield, but it is only effective at short range. Make sure you’re within 8 meters of the Vectron® Wave when you take a shot or the beam won’t breach their shield. CHG/OFF/ON Delayed recharge: Due Green Recharge to the powerful output of Light the blast, your blaster needs to recharge after every shot. If you hit, the Vectron’s® Shield Indicator will flash red and green. Go to Level 2. If you miss, the Vectron® will regenerate and the Green Light will come back on. Try again. * You can only take aim for another shot when your Blaster’s ions have reloaded – indicated by the Green Recharger Light going back on. Step 2: Take aim like you did for your last shot – you’ve locked on when the Vectron’s® light goes off. Step 3: Fire! A successful hit will be indicated by the Shield Indicator flashing red. You’ve WON! Make sure to turn the Vectron Wave off when done. * If you fail to shoot the Vectron® Wave successfully within 10 seconds its Vectronium Shield will begin to regenerate itself. The Shield Indicator will go back to a flashing Red and Green – start over from Level 2. START Battery Compartment Red Light Level 3 – The Shield Indicator is red now Step 1: The Shield Indicator is red now. You’re close – is wounded but still dangerous. You now have 10 seconds to hit it a second time. Step 2: Take aim like you did for your first shot – you've locked on when the Shield Indicator goes off – the Vectron® is trying to hide! Step 3: Fire! A direct hit will be indicated by the Vectron’s® Shield Indicator turning solid red. Go to Level 3. If you miss, the light will go back to flashing Red and Green – wait until your Blaster has reloaded and try again! * If you fail to shoot the Vectron® Wave successfully within 10 seconds, it’s Vectronium Shield will regenerate back to full power and it’s Shield Indicator will go back to solid Green – start over from Level 1. (Wait 3 seconds to recharge. When Green Recharger Light turns on you’re ready.) ® CHG/OFF/ON Shield Indicator Visit: Green Recharger Light 2: Charging up the Vectron® Wave Green Light Vectronium Shield Cover The Vectron’s® shield is made from self-healing Vectronium. It can be pierced, but it takes three direct hits to do it. It also regenerates, so you’ve got to be quick! • Pop the hatch with a screwdriver. • Load up on 6 AA batteries following the (+/-) diagram. • Don’t forget to secure the hatch when you’re done. • Always re-load new batteries when the green light is flashing.
