It was established in memory of the first Dean of the college. The program aims to help produce highly competent members of the law profession with leadership qualities. All interested applicants should submit their application to the UNC Scholarship Committee not later than 15th day of April preceding the opening of classes during the school year when they expect to enroll in the law course. 100% free tuition for 4 year Provided that the scholar: a. maintains a semestral weighted average not less than 2.0, b. no failing grades c. SHORT DESCRIPTION any entrance scholar with full load (at least 15 units) who at the end of the semester receives a weighted average of 1.40 or better automatically becomes a Resident Scholar provided that: a. the scholar has NO failing grade and b. not involved in any disciplinary case. One (1) 1.5 x 1.5 picture Certification & Graduation Program PRESIDENT JAIME HERNANDEZ SCHOLARSHIP PJHS SHORT DESCRIPTION The PJHS scholarship is open to all first time first year students. It was established in memory of President Jaime Hernandez. The program aims to help produce students with founder’s virtues of humility, honesty, dedication to duty and integrity. All interested applicants should submit their application to the UNC Scholarship Committee not later than 30th day of July. President Jaime Hernandez (PJHS) This scholarship is awarded annually to 30 high school graduates who top standardized test and an interview conducted by the Scholarship Committee. 100% free tuition for 4 year For the top ten examinees plus the use of available textbooks at the scholarship office; they can continue enjoying a program up to their graduation provided they maintain a weighted average 1.40 or better. 100% free tuition for one (1) semester For the 11th placer down to the 30th, but no textbooks privileges; they can continue enjoying a program up to their graduation provided they maintain a weighted average of 1.40 or better. UNC RESIDENT SCHOLARSHIP SHORT DESCRIPTION This is open during the second semester of the First Year in College to any freshmen who is continuing their education with the university and has a weighted average of 1.4 or better on his/her first semester grades. SHORT DESCRIPTION Any resident scholar with full load (at least 15 units) who at the end of the semester receives a weighted average of 1.40 or better is entitled to tuition privileges provided that: a. the scholar has NO failing grade and b. not involved in any disciplinary case.
