Places for People Leisure (formerly DC Leisure) was formed in 1991. The Company specialises in
the development and management of leisure facilities in partnership with local authorities throughout the UK.

Our staff
Our staff are our most important asset. We provide high quality training and exciting career opportunities for

The leisure industry is a customer oriented business. All of our staff have a key role to play in ensuring that we
provide the highest quality service at all times.
Each Leisure Centre has a General Manager who is responsible for running their business and ensuring the
efficient and effective day to day management of the site. Staff are encouraged to take ownership of their
Leisure Centre and support each other to provide exceptional customer service.
To assist each Leisure Centre, PfPL has a comprehensive support structure both at Group and Regional level.
The Group Support team is based at Waters Edge in Camberley, Surrey. The Group Support team consists of
the Board of Directors, the Group Operating Board and a team of Group Managers. The team at Waters Edge
provide support to the Regional teams who provide advice, training and support to each Centre.
