Wednesday Night Party
It’s time to kickoff the inaugural iLandscape with a party.
iLandscape welcomes the band Kevin Purcell and the
Nightburners. The band will appear at Chicago’s Blues
Fest for three days this summer and recently was a
finalist at Memphis’ Blues Fest among 119 acts. The
band dubs themselves Chicago’s Red Hot, Rockin,
Swamp Boogie Blues and will not disappoint.
This is the premier sponsorship at iLandscape. Put your company in the middle of this raucous
party. Your company name will be on all cocktail napkins at the event and ample signage
surrounding the Garden Stage.
Cost: $4,000 - Premier sponsorship (limited to one sponsor)
$1,500 – Gold sponsorships
Exhibitor Happy Hour Parties
Has anyone not noticed an opportunity for a free drink?
Exhibitors can host happy hours in their booths at any point
throughout the 3-day event. For one hour, attendees can
stop by your booth for a tasty beverage of your choice.
Exhibitor happy hours will be listed prominently in the show
program. Although, we doubt anyone will have trouble
finding you. Happy Hours must begin after 12pm.
Cost: $850 (keg cost + bartender cost. Liquor or wine
packages may have increased fees)

Door Prize Sponsor + Match
Want to double your money? iLandscape will match your door prize sponsorship and give away
all prizes in your name.
Each day, every attendee will receive a door prize ticket when they walk through the door. Door
prizes will be given away each afternoon. Sponsors will be on stage to deliver the prize to the
attendee and have your photo taken with the winner. Proceeds from this sponsorship will be
used to purchase big ticket items such as televisions, tablets, and trips. These will be giveaways
that get noticed. iLandscape purchases all door prizes.
Cost: $1500 (iLandscape will then match for a total of $3,000 to be spent in your name)
3-issue Advertising Package in The Landscape
Contractor Magazine
The Landscape Contractor is the official publication
of the iLandscape Show. This monthly, 64-page,
4-color magazine is mailed to thousands of landscape
contractors, landscape architects, and green industry
professionals. The Landscape Contractor magazine also
doubles as the onsite show program.
Your ad will appear in:
1. the 1-month preview issue (Janurary 2014)
2. the show issue that doubles as the show guide
(February 2014)
3. the post show issue (March 2014)
This 3-issue ad package will be seen by thousands
of landscape professionals before, during, and after
iLandscape.

Lanyard Sponsor
Your name will appear on all name badge lanyards given to
attendees. Anytime an attendee looks in the mirror, they
will be looking at you. Thousands of name badges will be
handed out at iLandscape and all will bear your name.
Cost: $3,500
$1,000 if you already have your own pre-printed
lanyards.
Logoed Ceiling Banner
Place your brand exclusively above the head of every buyer. This opportunity is limited to vendors
with two or more booths. This massive aisle sign will hang from the ceiling with your brand logo.
The banner will also be yours to keep after the show. The cost includes production and rigging.
Cost: $750
Main Aisle Sponsor
The iLandscape floor is designed with two main aisles to draw people through the show. Every
attendee will traverse these aisles on their way to booths, the social space, keynotes, and
awards night. Attendees will follow the “yellow brick road” of your brand as these attractive
stickers are placed down the center of both aisles. This is limited to one sponsor.
Cost: $1500 (10 decals)
Keynote Koffee
Be a hero by offering attendees that first cup of coffee
in the morning. The sponsorship will feature signage
at the coffee stations and mention in the program and
on the website. Keynote Koffee will be served on both
Wednesday and Thursday mornings. (Sponsors can do
one, or both mornings.)
Cost: $2,500 per morning

Months before walking in the door, attendees will
begin their experience with iLandscape on the website.
Website banner ads will let attendees know you are not
only coming but serious about selling. Help build buyer
awareness months before you set up your booth.
Your web banner will be prominently displayed on
the website. The logo will be linked directly to your
company’s website.
Cost: $750
Enhanced Show Guide Listing
Hundreds of booths will line the iLandscape aisles. The most cost effective way to leave your
mark is to enhance your show guide listing. Your logo and enhanced listing will make it clear you
are serious about gaining buyer attention. The Landscape Contractor magazine is the official
show guide and publication of iLandscape. It will not only be available at the show, but mailed
to a wide array of landscape professionals. The enhanced show guide listing will stand out as
attendees peruse the list of exhibitors.
