THE WAKE ROBIN COTTAGE
NEARS COMPLETION Offered for $1,199,000
Our vision for a new, yet authentic cottage experience at 1818 Morning Glory Lane in Fennville is quickly becoming a
reality, as the Wake Robin Cottage is now nearing completion. This 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom cottage was specifically
designed to fit into its classic cottage neighborhood. With 75' of private Lake Michigan frontage and private beach stairs,
this cottage is a great opportunity to enjoy Lake Michigan living at its best. It will be landscaped, finished and fully
furnished in complete Cottage Home style...that means move-in ready by mid-August. Call us today to schedule a
private tour.
A NOTE FROM BRIAN
Well, it’s that time of
year again. And while I
always feel grateful to
live and work in West
Michigan, summer here
really gets me going.
This season, I want to
Brian Bosgraaf
encourage everyone
to get on the boat! Whether it is the Lindy Lou or
Friends Good Will at the Maritime Museum, a fishing
charter, a dinner cruise or a private boat, you need to
get out on the Big Lake for a different experience.
I know you’ll enjoy the new perspective!
In the meantime, best wishes for an outstanding
summer from all of us at Cottage Home. We hope
you enjoy good times with friends and family,
and make many lasting memories.
WELCOME BACK, TYLER!

Five Lakefront Opportunities Now Available in South Haven
We are thrilled to announce five new, outstanding Lake Michigan building opportunities.
Each offers 118' of frontage and two acres of property. Private, yet close to town with
public water and sewer, these pristine parcels radiate with possibilities as they gently slope
from the road to the beach. Naturally contoured with several large trees, these exceptional
sites are being offered as individual residential properties, without neighborhood,
homeowner association or bylaws. Virtually no site improvements are required; they are as
‘ready to go’ as any property you will find among the few remaining sites on the Big Lake.
This is your property to build on as you wish. Cottage Home is very excited about these
great sites!
MARITIME MUSEUM APPRECIATION
If you’re familiar with Cottage Home, you probably know that one of our favorite community
organizations is the Michigan Maritime Museum in South Haven. If you haven’t been there,
it really is a must-visit. We recently gave assistance to the museum in moving their Evelyn
S. Fish Tug exhibit and truly appreciate the help that we received from our vendors and
subcontractors who all stepped up and volunteered their time to get this done. To celebrate its
completion, we hosted a party at the museum for all who contributed. It was a great event and
a fun night. Thanks again to all of our extended team members who made this happen!
Cheers,
BB
We are glad to welcome
Tyler Kroll back to the team
this summer. Tyler has been
our summer intern for the
last two years and is currently
working towards his
Construction Management
degree at Ferris State
University. He is a great
addition to the team, and
we really enjoy his presence
on our job sites. If you see
Tyler around, please join us
in welcoming him back!

“I GOT ONE, I GOT ONE!”
OK, so you’d rather order salmon at one of the lakeshore’s
fine restaurants than catch one yourself. That’s fine, you
can do both! Why not rent a charter boat for an afternoon
of never-had-this-much-fun fishing? Right now, you’re likely
to catch trout or salmon in the deeper, cold waters. Maybe
steelhead along the pier. As the waters warm, the perch will
be plentiful along the piers. Fortunately, there are ample
charter boats in South Haven, Saugatuck and Holland,
and their captains and crews will make sure you catch
(they’ll clean) enough for a family feast!
