Collection Counter at M&P
The collection counter is open from 9:15am-12:15pm Tuesday - Friday. We have to close
in the afternoons to concentrate on our same-day mail order service and the volume of mail
order work we handle on Mondays makes it impossible to open the counter on that day. If
you are coming for anything specific, we suggest you telephone in advance to avoid a wasted
journey. We try to have everything in stock, but from time to time things are unavailable. We
look forward to your visit.
Please note that there is no technical help available at the counter. We are a mail order
company and customers are urged to phone their orders through before coming, so that the
necessary paperwork can be completed in advance.
We have no minimum order value for mail order transactions, but the minimum order
value at the counter is currently £20 before VAT.
