Montreal Ronald McDonald House 5 475 extra nights! After several years of work, the construction of the new Ronald McDonald House of Montreal began August 19th, 2009. The efforts of the Board of Directors of the FONDATION DES AMIS DE L’ENFANCE (Montréal) inc., its president, Normand Renaud and the director, Jacqueline Mallet made it possible for this project’s realization. With this expansion, the House will be able to help more families from remote areas, offering a total of 18 250 nights per year. The area of the building will expand from 22 000 square feet to 44 000 square feet. Manon Renaud Architect are the designers of the project.
