Your friends may
WARNING! be disappointed
with their senior portraits once
they’ve seen yours.
All too often seniors end up with portraits they are disappointed with.
And the reasons are always the same; assembly-line photo sessions,
cheesy props, boring backgrounds, forced smiles, awkward poses, long
waits, feeling rushed and high pressure sales tactics. It can make any
portrait session stressful and unpleasant. So what makes us different?
You will never feel rushed.
Many portrait studios will only spend
about 20 minutes with you. We think
that’s a shame and believe great
photography takes time. Our sessions
last 60 to 90 minutes.
We’re always unique, never boring.
Change clothing, props, backgrounds
and hair as much as you would like!
No high pressure sales EVER.
You will NEVER feel pressured to buy
anything (but you’ll want everything).
You’ll actually have fun.
Our casual style and relaxed demeanor
will put you at ease in front of the camera.
You’ll find that you actually had a great time.
You’ll look amazing.
All photos are professionally retouched
at no extra charge*.
Earn bonus dollars towards prints.
Earn cash or credit for every senior
referral that books a session with us.
We guarantee you’ll love your portraits.
With over 100 shots taken, you are
guaranteed to have plenty of amazing
photos to choose from. If not, we will
gladly reshoot your session or refund
your session fee.
* Additional cost may be applied to complex touch-ups
at photographers discretion (ex. brace removal, etc.).

ATTIRE
LADIES
Dare to be different! Bring a variety
of outfits that best expresses your
personality...formal (ie. prom gown),
casual (sports uniform or everyday
attire), traditional, trendy or funky.
Bring a variety of colors. Solid colored
clothing and simple patterns photograph
much better! Casual outfits in earth tones
work best for outdoor photographs.
AVOID STRIPES AND PLAIDS.
Don’t forget your hair brush, makeup,
sunglasses, belts, different shoes and
jewelry. You can’t bring too much!
The most important tip to remember
is to be yourself and have fun!
PROPS
Bring props that define who you are.
Some suggestions are class
rings, sports or cheerleading
uniforms, music instruments,
athletic equipment or hobbies.
Think about matching your
outfits with the specific props.
Be sure to have your nails manicured.
Many shots are also done barefoot,
so don’t forget about those toes!
If you feel you have large arms, avoid
wearing sleeveless styles like tank
and spaghetti strap tops, as they
exaggerate the size of the upper arms
and shoulders. A long sleeve shirt might
be a better choice. Also, please be aware
that mini skirts can severely limit how
you can sit and move.
GUYS
A clean shave looks best - facial hair
cannot be retouched. Be sure to bring
the appropriate shoes for the right
outfits. Also, don’t get your haircut
right before your session. It is best
to get your haircut 2 or 3 weeks prior.

the variety of images you’ll get to choose from.
1. CHOOSE YOUR SESSION PACKAGE
Do you like the feeling of sand between your toes and the sun on your face or the
edgier look and feel of exposed brick, alleyways and train tracks? Do you appreciate
the warmth and openness that a local park provides, or the intimacy and flexibility
of a studio environment? Whatever you decide, we’ve got you covered.
2. CALL, E-MAIL OR TEXT US
YES, WE DO KNOW HOW 2 TXT : )
Contact us early to ensure you book the best days and times. We’d be happy
to discuss your options and answer any questions you may have. Call or text
(603) 620-3199 or e-mail debbie@expressions-photos.com.
3. TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS ABOUT US
You don’t want them to be disappointed with their senior portraits, do you?
APPOINTMENTS
Studio sessions are by appointment only. Appointments are reserved by payment of the
session fee. Visa and MasterCard accepted over the phone or you may mail a check.
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at (603) 620-3199
at least 48 hours prior to your session. Cancellation within 48 hours notice or
no-shows forfeits pre-paid fee. If you are not feeling well, please call to reschedule
and we will apply your fee to another date.
PREVIEWING YOUR PROOFS
Within two weeks you will receive a phone call to let you know that your proofs are
ready to view and a presentation appointment will be scheduled in the studio.
We prefer to devote ample time for this appointment in order to view the images,
discuss different groupings, as well as enlargement options and framing possibilities.
For this reason, it is preferable that this appointment be booked at a time when at
least an hour can be set aside. This affords you the leisure of sitting back and
enjoying the presentation and allows you plenty of time to make your decisions
without distraction.
It is strongly recommended that anyone
who may want input into the order, or who
may want to submit an order of their own
(parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc.),
be present at this proofing session so that
everyone’s order can be taken at this time.
Full payment is also due at this time.
YOUR CUSTOM PORTRAITS
Please allow two weeks to receive your
finished portraits. In some cases, more
time may be required for special orders
and custom frames.
