Our first night out is in Clarksville TN with dinner and entertainment included. (D) DAY 2: Continental breakfast is included before we head to Nashville to visit the Fontanel Mansion, former home of Country Music Hall of Fame Member Barbara Mandrell. While touring the 27,000 square foot log home we will hear personal stories of the Mandrell family. Lunch is included at Café Fontenella before we continue on to Pigeon Forge. This evening we take our seats at the Smoky Mountain Opry, the biggest production show in the area with music from the 1940’s through today. Overnight the next two nights in Pigeon Forge. (CB, L) DAY 3: Continental breakfast is included at the hotel before we begin the morning with shopping at The Christmas Place where the spirit of Christmas can be found every day. Next, it’s off to Dollywood to enjoy live stage shows and watch master craftsmen at work as we enjoy the theme park at our leisure. This evening we take our seats for a dinner show which begins with finger licking Southern cooking and good old fashioned barn dance music before the feuding begins with the Hatfield’s and McCoy’s Show. (CB, D) DAY 4: Continental breakfast is included at the hotel before we depart Pigeon Forge. Our morning drive takes us through the Great Smoky Mountains, which derived its name from the natural fog that often hangs over the area creating a vision of smoke from a distance. Enjoy the natural beauty of the area as we drive this scenic highway and stop at some of the vistas. Our overnight will be Asheville, NC. (CB) DAY 5: Breakfast is at the hotel before we head to the Biltmore Estate, built in the 1880’s with 250 rooms by George Vanderbilt as his “Little Mountain Escape”. We will tour the magnificent, privately-owned mansion and then take time to explore the gardens, greenhouses, and gift shop at our leisure. Lunch is on our own before a tour of the winery and free time for shopping at Antler Hill Village. This afternoon we travel to Knoxville for our overnight. (CB) DAY 6: Continental breakfast is included before we depart for Louisville. This afternoon we’ll visit the Kentucky Derby Museum, which sits on the front steps of historic Churchill Downs, one of Louisville’s premiere attractions. Here we will get a firsthand look at the event for which Louisville is known worldwide. Overnight Louisville, KY. INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Notice of individual cancellations should be made in writing. Individual cancellations are subject to the following penalties. MULTI DAY TOURS: Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to tour departure are subject to a $25 cancellation fee, plus any expenses incurred by Kincaid Coach on behalf of the client. Cancellations made forty-five to eleven (45-11) days prior to departure will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee plus any expenses incurred by Kincaid Coach on behalf of the client. NO refunds will be issued on cancellations made ten to zero (10 - 0) days prior to tour date. ONE DAY TOURS: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to tour departure are fully refundable. Cancellations made thirty to eleven (30-11) days prior to departure will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, plus any expenses incurred by Kincaid Coach on behalf of the client. NO refunds will be issued on cancellations made ten to zero (10 - 0) days prior to tour date. TOUR CANCELLATION INSURANCE is recommended and available at an additional cost. The cost is based on the dollar amount of your tour. Benefits only apply when you have purchased this plan within 14 days of the initial tour deposit/full payment of your tour. Brochures outlining coverage are available upon request. RESPONSIBILITY: Kincaid Tours (under the management of Kincaid Coach Lines) acts only as your agent in arranging various accommodations and assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with the service of any conveyance. Kincaid is not responsible for loss or injury in connection with sightseeing, excursions, restaurants, foods or liquids, hotel or motel accommodations or loss of any personal item or baggage. The airlines, coach companies or other transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any acts, omissions, or events during the time passengers are not on board. Kincaid reserves the right to make alterations in a tour, should it become necessary without penalty to the operator and/or cancel any tour prior to departure and shall be responsible for only those refunds of payments paid by said participants.
