Frames Create frames like these Or this one where all or part of the exif information can be printed (perhaps useful for legal photos) Or with coloured backgrounds and text Charles Henniker-Heaton Pagina 4 17/09/2010 The black lines are guides that do not show when printed Colour blocks can be made with transparency too Contact Sheets Create contact sheets Add text boxes which can contain the file name, description or any other available exif information Charles Henniker-Heaton Pagina 5 17/09/2010 Canvas This is one of the most important new features. When wrapping canvas it is important to have the right amount of wrap to go around the frame. Depending on the image there is a risk of cutting off an important part of the image. With ESP you have several options Print with full wrap Print with edges mirrored Print with white or coloured border Full wrap Mirror wrap Note how the edge of the image is mirrored Colour Border A colour was selected from the image and dropped into the image folder to be used for the wrap. You can also pre-create frames with different border colours. Charles Henniker-Heaton Pagina 6 17/09/2010 Panoramas Another amazing new feature. Imagine you want to create one image spread across 12 canvases arranged in 3 rows by 4 columns. Set up one canvas including the wrap, choose Panorama 3 x 4 and just drag the image into place. The 12 prints are automatically set up with wraps and white areas for stapling. Or perhaps you want to turn a single panorama image into a triptych (3 prints) either on paper or canvas. Again open your preset template and drag the image into place. Instant triptych! Charles Henniker-Heaton Pagina 7 17/09/2010 Image Edit In Image Edit mode you can see the original image and the modified image. More importantly these images use ICC profiles to ensure you view the ‘correct’ colours. In set up you have a choice of using the Monitor ICC profile or of using the ICC profile for the print media you have selected. This allows you to ‘soft-proof’ and see exactly how the image will print.
