A fast-moving class filled with
kicks, punches, and strength
training designed to help you
have fun while getting fit!
Climbfit Bootcamp
Rock yourself into shape with
climbing-themed workouts.
Designed with new climbers in
mind, this course is mostly
held close to the ground.
Age 15+
Gentle Yoga
A class designed to relax your
mind, lengthen your muscles,
and increase overall flexibility.
User-friendly and ideal for all
fitness levels.
HydroRider
Pedal on a unique stationary
bike class while immersed up
to your chest in water. Water
shoes are mandatory. Must be
16 years or older to attend this
class. Must pre-register
24 hours in advance.
Older Adult Fitness
A low impact cardio, strength,
balance, and flexibility class
designed with the older adult
in mind. Led by Sheila
Rafferty, this class has a
$2.50 drop in fee. Please

Play Pals (Ages 3 - 10)
This program is all about FUN!
Featuring our bouncy house,
this is a staffed activity;
however, parental supervision
is mandatory.

Real Athletic Workout
Take your workout up a notch
with this fast-moving class
guaranteed to challenge any
participant. Features athletic
drills, plyometric training,
strength, etc.
Regular Roundup
Make new friendships,
try new climbing routes and
learn new techniques with each
other. Staff will be on hand to
help out with technique and
give advice.
Come give it a shot!
Saturday Surprise
Variety is the key! Each
Saturday a different style of
class and instructor awaits you.
Enjoy the opportunity to
sample Spin, Yoga, and
Bootcamp, available on a
rotating basis.
Seated Yoga
A gentle Yoga class using the
chair for seated poses and
additional support. Great for
seniors and those with limited
mobility.
Skills & Drills
Spin and Core
A class that starts out on a
stationary bike and ends with
core exercises. A great way to
burn calories and strengthen
your core!
Strength
A total body workout using
barbells, free weights, tubing,
stability balls, and body
weight. A fantastic way to
target and tone all of the
major muscle groups. Great for
all fitness levels.
Strength and Stretch
Take your workout to the next
level with this fast-moving
class featuring TRX suspension
straps. A great overall body
workout including athletic drills
that get the heart pumping.
Tumblebugs (Ages 3 - 5)
Fun and safe basic movement
activities for children in their
early years!

TRX Bootcamp
Trainer-led walking groups on
the indoor walking track
provide more structure and
support than working out
independently. Groups:
StrollerFit and Older Adults.
Spin Bootcamp
Fitness
A combination class giving
participants half the class
dedicated to strength and the
rest dedicated to gentle Yoga.
An instructor led after-school
on-ice session for youth who
would like to improve skating,
puck handling and shooting
skills. Participants must wear
full hockey gear.
A high-energy cardio workout
on a stationary bike designed
to burn calories and set your
fat-burning systems into
overdrive! Set to great music,
it will be the ride of your life!

Ab Lab
A 30 minute core workout
taking place in the stretching
area of the fitness centre.
Great for those looking to
round out their workouts or to
add a little more core into
their routine.
Abs and Jabs
A class that combines balance,
strength, and flexibility
training for your entire body,
designed to help relieve stress.
A class filled with cardio drills
featuring punches, kicks, and
core training.
Zumba
Child Minding Service
Ditch the workout and join the
party! Dance your way into
shape with this Latin-inspired
class set to amazing music.
No need to skip your workout
because you’re a parent! Child
minding is free for annual
members and available by
drop-in. See inside for times.
Aqua Bootcamp
Arthritis Water Therapy
Combines power drills, speed
bursts and strength training
with tabata intervals.
Participants will be using Aqua
gloves with their body strength
to perform moves that will
increase the heart rate.
A great class for people with
arthritis, knee and hip
replacements, and other
medical conditions. This class
will help with mobility,
flexibility, and strengthening.
Aqua Fitness
A fast-moving class meant to
kick your cardio system into
high gear with athletic drills,
muscle conditioning, and core
training all in one place!
Take the stress off your joints.
This class is a low-to-no
impact cardio and
strengthening class that allows
you work at your own pace.
Guaranteed to have a
splashing good time!
