The Alper JCC Kids’ Connection After School Program (ASP) is funded in part by The
Children’s Trust. The Trust is a dedicated source of revenue established by voter referendum
to improve the lives of children and families in Miami-Dade County. The Dave and Mary
Alper Jewish Community Center on The Jay Morton-Levinthal Campus is a beneficiary
agency of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and The United Way of Miami-Dade County.

· Tuition is per-month, based on a 10-month
payment schedule (Aug-May), with school
and holiday closings taken into account.
· Registration fee is $100/child for members,
$125/child for non-members
· Students who enroll after the start date are
eligible for proration based on remaining
program days (incl. June payment).
· Monthly tuition must be paid by EFT or credit
card and is due regardless of absenteeism.
· If your child’s schedule changes, you must
give ASP two weeks written notice and a
change fee may be assessed. If your child
withdraws, you are responsible for payment
through the end of the month of withdrawal.

Transportation
We offer convenient bus transportation from
the schools listed to the left. A counselor
accompanies children from their schools to
the Alper JCC. Transporation from the Alper
JCC to Hebrew schools is available at $20/
month for members, $25/month for nonmembers.
A minimum of five children is needed to
pick up from each school or drive to Hebrew
School.

At the Dave and Mary Alper JCC’s After-School Program (ASP), individually
designed schedules ensure your child will enjoy afternoons filled with
challenging activities tailored to his or her specific needs and interests.
Children are supervised by our dynamic after-school specialists and
nurturing staff, for whom safety is a foremost priority.

environment for each and every child. We
respect and value diversity and have all

Additional Classes
Take advantage of classes offered at the JCC by
our partners, including Alper JCC Basketball,
Danny Berry Baseball, Jane Forman Tennis,
Super Soccer Stars, and Miami Children’s
Theater. Children enrolled in ASP receive a 25%
discount on many of these programs.
Discounts &
Scholarships
When additional children from the same family
enroll in ASP, a 10% discount is applied toward the
lesser program fee. The Alper JCC offers financial
assistance to those unable to afford membership
or program fees. Requests for fee adjustments
are confidential and handled on an individual

Enclosed is a non-refundable registration fee of $100/child for members, $125/child for non-members for the JCC After School Program (ASP), a ten-month program. Fees are based on ten monthly payments from August through
May. Students who enroll after the start date have a pro-rated payment plan, based on the number of remaining program days—this might include a June payment. I authorize my child to participate in the After School Program
and I authorize the JCC to take my child to a doctor or hospital for an emergency or surgical treatment, which may be necessary if none of the above persons can be reached. I hereby release the JCC from, and waive my right to
make a claim against the JCC for, any liability or damage arising from any injury sustained by my child while participating in any Center program or event. I agree to be responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable
attorney’s fees, incurred by the JCC. Any unpaid balance accrues interest at the rate of 18% per year. Photo and internet/social networking release: I hereby give the Dave and Mary Alper Jewish Community Center and all persons
acting with its permission the absolute right and unrestricted permission to obtain, use, copyright and/or publish photographic portraits or pictures of my child, whether such as still, moving, single or multiple, or in which my
child is in whole or part, in conjunction with the child’s own name or another fictitious name. It is my understanding that such picture(s) are for the purpose of art, advertising, trade and any other lawful purpose whatsoever. I
understand further I will not have any opportunity to approve or to review the finished product that is used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied. I agree to pay the costs of the Kids’ Connection program

Our 24-acre campus includes classrooms for
enrichment activities, a lounge for special
events, outdoor play areas, a playground and
picnic area, an air-conditioned basketball
gym, indoor racquetball courts, a Jr. Olympic
swimming pool, and more!
SIGNATURE
Judaics After-School
Children in the JAS program learn about Jewish
holidays, Jewish outlook, Jewish unity, and
Israel’s history, fostering the development of
Jewish concepts and values. Activities include
hands-on projects, music, art, family learning,
model Seder and much more! Classes are held
each Tuesday and Thursday from 5 to 6 p.m.
