Our products
The core of the product line is the Texsun solar collector. The Texsun solar
collector is made of a black co-polymer material that is light weight,
fl exible and durable. The UV-resistant material is durable against freezing, corrosion and chemicals. It is also resistant to lime deposits.
The collector´s unique x-channel system has one of the highest heat effi
ciencies (n0=80,7 %) and shortest heating times on the market. This is
made possible by a large active absorption area, the dynamic water fl ow
and the small volume of water

Texsun´s unglazed solar collectors are optimised for use at low temperature ranges, such as needed for
heating swimming pools. The product can also be used for other low temperature applications. For example,
substantial savings can be achieved by using the collector to recharge bore holes for heat pumps.
Solar collector system - in-ground pools
Whether you are thinking about installing a new pool or already have
one that you would like to get more use of, you will fi nd solar energy is
simple, reliable and cost effi cient. In fact, the largest area of use for solar
energy today is heating residential pools.
For in-ground residential pools and larger facilities, such as public pools,
camp sites and summer sport facilities, users can expect a quick return

Pool cover with integrated solar collector
The unique design of the Texsun solar collector makes it possible to
integrate it directly into a pool cover. Texsun has worked with certifi
ed pool cover producers to develop a fully automated pool cover with
integrated solar collectors. In addition to heating the pool, the cover also
prevents evaporation.

Solar collector for small
above-ground pools
The big seller in the pool business in recent years is undoubtedly small
above-ground pools. These pools come with a cheaper price tag but
have the same need for heating as bigger in-ground pools. To solve the
heating problem, Texsun has developed a solar collector that can easily
be integrated with the existing pump.

High efficiency with unique technology
The Texsun patented x-channel system optimises the use
of solar radiation. The easy-to-use system is perfect for
heating small above-ground pools, larger in-ground pools
or full-scale public baths. Furthermore, the system offers
signifi can fi nancial benefi ts when pre-heating shower
water and for use in fl oor heating systems. In addition
to the most obvious ones (an extended bathing season
and higher pool temperatures), the Texsun Swedish-made
solar heating system is a performance leader in thermal
effi ciency and heat response time.
The light weight system is delivered ready to assemble
with specially designed mounting frames. With the Texsun
solar heating system, you can enjoy your heated pool
while resting assured you´ve invested in a system with
market-leading return on investment time.
Calculating the system size
The area of the pool is the key factor. As a rule of thumb,
the Texsun solar collectors should be 50-75% of the pool
surface. Local conditions and the location of the pool may
infl uence the size of the system.
High thermal efficiency
Through its unique x-channel system the Texsun solar
collectors give high thermal effi ciency ratings
(n0 = 80.7 %) and very quick heat response times.
The high ratings are due to:
• large, active area of absorption
• dynamic water fl ow inside the collector
• low volume of water
Maintenance during off season
Easy to install
The system is fl exible and easy to install. It´s delivered
ready-to-use, making it easy for you or a professional
to install. The system is light in weight making it easy to
handle.
The collectors are duable even in extreme winter conditions. It is recommended that the system be drained during
off season to protect the components. Texsun´s unglazed
collectors are also designed to be durable even when not
being used. This is a huge benefi t since it allows you to
shut down the system during heat peaks in the summer in
order to prevent overheating.
