It must not always be a façade or a glass roof to emphasize your ecological awareness. A work of art
sometimes generates much more attention in relation to sustainable energy. Whether as a jewel for a selfsustaining clock at the Tacoma Airport (USA) or blue solar sail for the public utilities in Karlsruhe,
Germany, attention is a certainty. Even more clearly, the functioning of the solar energy supply projects in
combination with LED lighting. Worthy of mention as examples are the PV water feature of the company
Fronius and the solar sun owers from corporate-arte, both in Austria. Also as a tourist attraction, the so

called sun monument developed in the Croatian port of Zadar. A 300m walk-on photovoltaic surface
generates in the daytime the necessary electricity to operate in the evening hours this over dimensional
at screen.
