fillings. The sun-filled dining room welcomes
each guest and Albergo Allegria is ready to
satisfy the heartiest appetite. The antique

the entrees to come. An extended selection of

Several breakfast dishes emerge hot from the
kitchen every morning. The Chef's imaginative
repertoire includes buttermilk pancakes with
blueberries; local apples laced with cinnamon
or bananas and finely chopped pecans. The
menu changes every morning and on other
days, guests are treated to stuffed French toast,
Belgium waffles or crepes. A gourmet omelet
including only the freshest of vegetables and
herbs or two eggs any style, are offered each
morning. Side dishes include traditional or
Canadian bacon or sausage or perhaps grilled
ham with a light apricot sauce.
