He is one of the few Senior Certified Shopping Center Managers in the Intermountain West region. Coles has extensive background in commercial real estate and a long history of community service and planning. In 1975, Coles began his career in real estate as an assistant mall manager for the ZCMI Center. He held several positions with Zion’s Securities Corporation including General Mall Manager & Leasing Director. During that period, he leased and managed over two million square feet of office and retail space.
