The second option on the residential side is comprised by one, two and three bedroom apartments in apartment buildings of G+ 3 or G+ 4. This Spa center will have all the wellness and healthcare facilities included, alongside 5 star branded international restaurants for the hotel’s residents only, insuring a secluded and private refuge for its top clients. The second Spa Center will be located inside the 5 star hotel, near the top of the mountain, with a semi closed- circuit, both for the hotel’s residents but also for people interested in having a 5 * plus, SPA experience. The SPA center that will address to the wide audience will be located in the 4 * hotel, the one with a ‘fun’ and modern approach, having as target young families and couples, young people in search of fun and action, etc. HEALTHCARE& WELLNESS HEALTHCARE& WELLNESS RESTAURANTS HISTORIC TOWN The ‘Historic Town’ will be a resort within a resort having everything, from bed& breakfast accommodation to retail outlets, restaurants etc. Its design will be inspired from the old towns, bringing history and local traditions closer to the worldwide tourists that will visit Azuga Resort. The ‘historic town’ or ‘cultural area’ as we name it shall have a specific architecture style that will carry today’s traveler into an old and romantic time, starting with the exterior design of the buildings up to the smallest detail from the room’s layout. All the action will take place around an attractive piazza that will translate the traveler into the heart of European essence. HISTORIC TOWN THEMED ARCHITECTURE (PROPOSAL) HISTORIC TOWN THEMED ARCHITECTURE (PROPOSAL) LANDSCAPED GARDENS (JAPANESE GARDEN) Though often thought of as tranquil sanctuary that allow individuals to escape from the stresses of daily life, the Japanese gardens will be designed for a variety of purposes but not altering the beauty and uniqueness of the surrounding areas. Some gardens will invite to quiet contemplation, but will also be intended for recreation, for displaying rare plant specimens, or exhibiting unusual rocks; all these will invite the traveler for walk and relaxation while visiting the serene Japanese style gardens A premeditated path will take the observers through each unique area of a Japanese garden, unveiling surfaces that will be placed in specific spaces to prompt people to look at particular points. Stones will be used to construct the garden's paths, bridges, and walkways. Man-made streams shall be built with curves and irregularities to create a serene and natural appearance The gardens will be ‘crowned’ with a 5 star Japanese restaurant. LANDSCAPED GARDENS AVAILABLE ACTIVITIES & FACILITIES Within Azuga project there will be available among others, the following activities: - Skiing - Outdoor climbing - Mountain biking - Paintball - Horseback riding - Paragliding - ‘Children’s corner’ - Hiking, walking, etc Apart the tourism sector, residential sector, historic town, SPA and Wellness centers, etc, there will be available a Recovery Center for sports and accidents injuries and a Nursing Home for seniors that will provide 24-hour licensed senior nursing care and will offer a comprehensive range of services and programs. AVAILABLE ACTIVITIES & FACILITIES PROJECT VIEW The Project will be seen like a real scale mountain resort but with crucial key points that will differentiate Azuga Project from any other project from Romania and maybe even Eastern Europe. This project is envisioned as a mountain resort with around the year activities designated for a wide range of target market as it will have facilities and available activities for the entire family, from the youngest member until the most senior one but also for Companies that will come to the resort only from a business perspective. As activities, there will be available winter but also summer activities that will attract tourists from the entire Europe but also from other continents; in addition the resort will have an important residential component, not only for holyday homes but also for full residence location, as Azuga is situated at only 29 Km from Brasov (the biggest city from Prahova Valley) and will have retail outlets and shops that will create a very comfortable lifestyle for its residents.
