UL is Expanding Its Safety Mission.
There is a growing need to better understand human health and environmental risks associated
with exposure to chemicals used in products. It’s a complex challenge, but in assuring safe living
and working environments, UL is taking leadership steps toward safety convergence. This mission
addresses human health and environmental concerns without compromising established fire,
electrical, and casualty performance of products.
