Suitable for SA labels and unsupported paper, a wide range of rewinding tensions are possible thanks to accurate
and consistent digital control. Job changeover is completed in 3 to 15 minutes saving on downtime. Productivity is
kept at high levels with reel change speeds of 100m/min. Rolls are closed by a label applicator capable of dispensing
8,000 labels for ongoing operation. Prati glueless hooking technology for web-to-core fixing saves money and
ensures glue-free rolls and a clean working environment, very suitable for pharmaceutical and food label production.
