These dosing devices consist of a stainless steel bellow with welded flange connections at both ends. The seals do not come into contact with any binder. The operating mode of the bellow dosing devices is based on volumetric dosing so that the accuracy is independent of the binder viscosity. The repetitive accuracy is < 0,5 % of the final dosing value. The bellow dosing devices are constantly filled with binder and are thus available for the next dosing process. KLEIN bellow dosing devices are maintenance-free. There is no need for regular maintenance works. KLEIN binder dosing devices are available with 2-quantities adjustment and equipped with remote control. Sand dosing equipment Sand dosing equipment: The sand is dosed by means of a volumetric dosing equipment. Thanks to the special design of the dosing equipment and its inlet and outlet closures a equal filling of the dosing equipment is achieved. Der Hinterbau kann © 2011 Messe Düsseldorf GmbH 16 GIFA METEC THERMPROCESS NEWCAST – The Bright World of Metals.
