Al meer dan twintig jaar proeft u in onze producten onze
passie voor het bakkersambacht. Elk broodje, elke taart,
elke croissant zit niet alleen vol met de beste ingrediënten.
Ze staan ook bol van onze jarenlange kennis en kunde als
het gaat om een uitgekiend assortiment dat consumenten
verleidt. En dat bovendien omzet en marge verhoogt.
Veel van onze diepvriesproducten vindt u niet terug in deze
brochure. Vreemd? Wij vinden van niet, want het gaat niet
om standaardproducten, maar om maatwerk. In dit segment
voelen wij ons thuis als uw partner op wiens kennis u kunt
bouwen. Of het nu om ‘technische’ bake-off kennis gaat,
om winkel merchandising of om de gunst van de consument:
wij zijn uw adviseur en steunpunt. Zo trainen wij uw medewerkers in de kunst van bake-off en bieden we winkelondersteuning en –begeleiding.
De dag dat deze brochure verschijnt, is zij alweer aan een
update toe. Dat komt doordat we dagelijks innoveren.

Most of what we make in deep frozen products cannot be
found in this brochure. Strange? We don’t think so. It isn’t
about standard products, it is about custom-made products.

products and concepts that can surprise and tempt the

Ons banketassortiment varieert van bladerdeeg tot koek, in diverse vormen en maten. Aan onze recepten besteden we veel aandacht
en dat proeft u. Het geheim van onze cocosmacroon bijvoorbeeld is een familierecept dat al meer dan honderd jaar oud en toch nog
steeds van deze tijd is. Of neem de bladerdeegproducten, die rijk gevuld worden met vruchten en room. Uiteraard ontbreken de
seizoensproducten niet: eindejaarslekkernijen, maar ook producten met seizoensfruit. Tevens zijn assortimentsmixen verkrijgbaar.

Our pastry assortment varies from puff pastries to cakes, in different shapes and sizes. We pay a lot of attention to our recipes, and
that is something you can taste. An example is our coconut macaroon, of which the secret is a family recipe that is over a hundred
years old, and our puff pastry products, which have a rich filling of fruits and cream. Of course, seasonal products are not overlooked;
delicacies for the end of the year, but also products with seasonal fruits throughout the year. Assortment mixes are also available.
There is plenty of variation!

De basis voor onze hartige snacks is bladerdeeg bereid met roomboter of margarine. Met de vulling van deze producten kunnen
we eindeloos variëren. Een speciaal procedé maakt dat de laagjes in ons bladerdeeg luchtig en krokant afbakken. Dat geeft al onze
producten een mooie, ambachtelijke uitstraling. Sommige snacks kunnen gebakken of ongebakken door ons worden aangeleverd.
Ook zijn de snacks halal beschikbaar. Met de vele verschillende smaken en formaten zit er voor elke consument iets bij.

The basis of our savoury snacks is puff pastry, made with butter or margarine. We can offer many different variants of filling for
these products. A special process means that the layers in our puff pastry are light and crispy. This makes all our products look
special and artisan. We can offer a wide assortment of unbaked products of which some products can be delivered baked as well.
At your request we can deliver halal certified products. With the many different tastes and sizes, there is always a variant that the
consumer likes.
