In 2012, he came in second at the 11th Wor l d Pi zzai uol o (Pi zza Chef ) Champi onshi p and he is a member of the Italian Chefs Association. He was born and raised in Naples, and ever since he was young he dedicated himself to this ancient art, a substantial part of Italian eating culture. He worked in several ancient pizzerias in his town, which are considered apprenticeship workshops for many modern pizza masters. Thanks to his passion and creativity, he became a point of reference for the “ Pi zza Napol etana Sgt” (Traditional Speciality Guaranteed), not only in Italy, but also in the world, he has worked and taught in Spain, United States and France and he is constantly innovating the new frontiers of the italian cuisine.
