Nicolle Gainey
Advisor
Mark is currently a principal in government relations firm Kelley,
McCain, & Smith-Owens (KMSO). The firm's client list includes
Coastal Carolina University, Alltel, the Horry County School District,
and Glaxo Smith Kline, in addition to many other noted organizations. In 2002, Mr. Kelley was honored with the Doctor of Public
Service degree from Coastal Carolina University. In addition, he
also served in the United States Air Force with tours in Southeast
Asia and Panama.
Nicolle Gainey serves as an Advisor for Tradd Commercial, specializing in medical and office properties. She also has extensive
knowledge of the commercial property market along the coastal
region, including both the Grand Strand and Brunswick County
markets.
Prior to joining Tradd Commercial, Nicolle served six years in the
real estate industry to include mortgage banking in Myrtle
Beach. She is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University and has a
bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration
in Management. Nicolle has been a resident of the Coastal Carolina area for over 20 years and she is an active member of the
communities that she serves.
She is a member of the Coastal Carolina University Athletic Foundation Board, Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce, and the Myrtle
Beach Chicora Rotary Club. Nicolle is a licensed real estate agent
in both South Carolina and North Carolina.
