Already some among you have presented to your regional office the different
lines in your next edition. With a program that is still not signed, we have to be
imaginative and refine our presentations because it is important not to be limited
to conduct a simple repetition of previously proposed activities. It must inevitably
forget the 'copy / paste'! If it is not necessary to rewrite and reinvent the world
each edition, it is essential to cool, to be proactive and to commit to the
successful completion of our event to offer a renewed experience to our visitors.

It is good to have in mind the experience of last year, highlighting the strengths
and address the weaknesses. Too often, wanting to increase our number of
visitors, we lose the thread of our event which must be and remain a place of
demonstration and reflect the agricultural community of our region, a meeting
between producers and consumers, a place of discovery and wonder for the
whole family. A good preparation is a better guarantee of future success.
While some exhibitions experiencing difficulties; sometimes financially,
sometimes at the permanent establishment and the level of experience or in
succession, I repeat, do not hesitate to contact your association. We may revise
your business plans, make suggestions and help find possible solutions for your
projects, etc. We are here to help you and can even move us to visit you!
Finally, in a few weeks it will be our spring meeting and I want to assure you
how much your presence is important. This will be an opportunity for you,
participating in the election of directors, to assert your views and your
appreciation towards work done by your association. Also, if you think you can
bring more to the network and you have to heart to participate in its evolution,
take time to think about it, there might be a place for you.
I expect many of you there because our entire network must be represented.
André Labonté, President

Message from Michel St-Pierre, AssistExpo
There are now 30 years since I started developing the AssistExpo software. Since the beginning, the goal is always the
same, facilitate and simplify the agricultural exhibition management work, saving time and money. Each year, new
features are added to the software to allow you to be even more effective. Learning how to use the software make you
save time and money. The formation of May 1st is the perfect opportunity to learn, to make special requests and interact
with us. I hope you'll be there for this training. I look forward to working with you this summer. Thanks
Michel
