To access and begin using your online ticketing account, log in to the Account Manager website (www.metlifestadium.com/mysuiteaccount) using your account number and PIN. Next, follow the appropriate directions below : Printing/Re-Printing a Ticket or Parking Pass 1. Choose “Manage Tickets” for the appropriate game 2. Select specific seats or pass numbers and choose “Print” (Note: This will VOID any other ticket issued for this seat location) 3. Select option to “Re-Print” 4. Tickets will be emailed to recipient 2 Hot 97 Summer Jam-Usher Concierge Live Concierge Live is a completely customizable ticket management software that is provided to you free of charge for as long as you lease your suite at MetLife Stadium. The objective of the program is to allow you to easily manage your suite ticket inventory thereby eliminating the need for spreadsheets and emailed requests cluttering your inbox. It also gives you the benefit of tracking your attendee information and confidence in your ticket information in the event of a lost ticket or parking pass. The program is entirely web-based and requires no additional software installations. Additionally, our private site offers Government grade security and privacy. Getting Started You may set up your account in one of three ways: •Contact your Suite Service Manager who can pre-load your registration information •Use our Stadium link and follow the prompts to register https://metlifestadium.conciergeliveapp.com/about •Contact Concierge Live directly at 1.877.418.8233 or support@conciergelive.com to be walked through the process Using Concierge Live Once you are registered with Concierge Live, you can customize the dashboard and the software to complete all or some of the below tasks based on your needs: • Enter and track your ticket inventory manually or automatically • Approve and process ticket requests • Invite ticket users to forward their requests exclusively through the program or via email • Use any major shipping service to send your tickets or parking to a ticket recipient • Run high level view reports for inventory usage and ticket value • Run drill-down reports that allow tracking of requesters, users and sales information The pages are very intuitive and there is a “Support” menu on every screen along with step-by-step videos for your initial set-up, customization and transition. If you would like any additional assistance with your set-up, roll out or to learn more about the program’s capabilities, please contact your Suite Service Manager or Concierge Live. 3 U2 Concert-Aerial of stage JETS SUITE TICKETS New York Jets suite tickets will be delivered to you in August, 2012. The package(s)will include the number of suite tickets that are indicated in your Suite License Agreement. Suite Partners also have the option to purchase the number of standing room tickets per game as indicated in the same Agreement. Standing room tickets can be arranged in one of the two following ways: 1. Purchase standing room tickets in advance of the season through Account Manager or your Suite Service Manager. Tickets will be delivered separately from your Suite tickets. 2. Purchase standing room tickets on a game-by-game basis in advance through Account Manager or your Suite Service Manager. Tickets ordered via Account Manager can be printed or forwarded electronically immediately. Information on ordering tickets through Account Manager can be found on page two of this guide. Tickets ordered via your Suite Service Manager will be either mailed or left at will-call depending on the timing of your request. All requests should be made no later than noon of the business day prior to the event. A limited number of suite guest passes may be available on event days. Please contact your Suite Service Manager for more information. 4 Army vs Rutgers Football Game ADDITIONAL GAME TICKETS – JETS GAMES Suite Partners will have access to a limited number of additional game tickets in the seating bowl for individual purchase. Please contact your Suite Service Manager to place an order. Additional ticket orders are fulfilled based on availability, on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be fulfilled until the week prior to the game. These tickets can be sent out to suiteholders or may be left at Stadium will-call which is located at the MetLife Gate. Guests picking up tickets will be required to present a valid, state-issued identification card. NON-JETS EVENTS You will be notified by your Suite Service Manager when an event has been scheduled at MetLife Stadium. Suite tickets for concerts, international soccer, college football and all other non-NFL events can be purchased by accessing your member account in Account Manager. After you place your order and choose your method of payment, your order will be forwarded to our Ticket Office. Once tickets are processed, they will be mailed to your attention. Prices for additional suites will vary by event and Suite Partners will receive a 15% discount on the purchase price. 5 CONCACAF Gold Cup Quarterfinals LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS Please notify your Suite Service Manager as soon as you are aware that suite tickets for an event have been lost or stolen. Your Suite Service Manager will forward you a lost/stolen ticket form which will need to be filled out and returned as soon as possible. The barcodes from the lost/stolen tickets will be cancelled and new tickets will be issued. The new tickets will be mailed or left at will call depending on the timing of your request. Alternatively, you are able to re-print specific lost tickets via Account Manager. Please see page one of this guide for instructions. CHANGE OF ADDRESS Please advise your Suite Service Manager immediately should your address, suite liaison or any other account information change. CHILDREN’S ENTRY INTO STADIUM Children up to 34” inches in height may enter MetLife Stadium free of charge but must share a seat with an accompanying, ticketed adult. Any child taller than 34”, regardless of age, must have a ticket of their own. Please note that, for all events, strollers are not permitted inside MetLife Stadium. 6 Goin’ Coastal featuring Kenny Chesney ACCESS AND PARKING ACCESSING YOUR SUITE ON EVENT DAYS As you enter the Stadium, there are designated entry lanes, identified by yellow signs, for all suite guests. These points of access provide premium guests quicker and easier access to their seats. Once inside the plaza, all suite guests may access the Hertz Suite Levels through the East and West VIP Entrances. All guests wishing to access the suite levels must have a suite ticket. Gate opening times will vary by event but will usually be approximately 90 minutes to two hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event. Gate times for Jets games will be two hours prior to the scheduled start time of the game. You will be notified of suite opening times for other ticketed events by your Suite Service Manager in advance of the event. You may remain in your suite for up to one hour following the conclusion of all events. ACCESS ON NON-JETS DAYS Hertz Suite Holders have access to their Suite on a year-round basis, Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. In the event you would like to access your suite on a non-event day, please contact your Suite Service Manager at least 72 hours in advance. 7 Mezzanine Club Lounge PARKING – JETS GAMES VIP suite parking passes for Jets games will be included in your suite ticket package that will be sent to you in August, 2012. The number of parking passes you will receive is indicated in your License Agreement. Parking passes cannot be replaced if lost or stolen though you may reprint them by using Account Manager. Please store them in a secure place with your suite tickets. PARKING – OTHER EVENTS Suite Partners will be issued the same allotment of parking passes for non-Jets events as for Jets events unless otherwise noted in your License Agreement. Should you choose to purchase your suite for an event, your parking passes will be included with your suite tickets when they are mailed by your Suite Service Manager. Suite parking is available in parking lots E, F and G which are located on the west and south sides of the stadium. Please refer to the parking map on page 10. The main phone number for Delaware North is 201.559.1631 and the fax number is 201.372.0165. A suite catering menu will be provided to you by Delaware North prior to the start of the football season. This will include a packet of information with ordering instructions for food and par beverage stock. The bar beverage stock will be replenished after each event and added to your final event bill. For the best possible presentation, it is recommended that you order food and beverage in advance. All advance orders must be placed no later than 72 hours prior to an event. If you would like to request any food or beverage items not listed on the menu, such as Kosher meals or specialty cakes, or if you have special dietary needs such as allergies or gluten-sensitivity, please contact Delaware North and they will make arrangements to meet your request. The advance menu information will also include details on options for billing and payment for your suite food and beverage. Suite catering can be paid by credit card at each event or by establishing an escrow account with Delaware North. During events, you will have a suite captain available to assist with your additional food and beverage needs from our day of event suite menu. Your suite has been outfitted with a state-of-the-art IP telephone which will assist in placing day of event food and beverage orders. Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be provided to your administrator and should be shared with suite hosts who are authorized to place additional charges on your account. Additionally, your suite captain will be able to assist in instructing hosts on how to use the system or to place additional food and beverage orders for any groups who prefer not to use the ordering system. If you would like to arrange for a private suite attendant for a particular event, you may request one through Delaware North during the pre-order process for an additional fee. 11 Hertz Suites at MetLife Stadium If Suite Guests choose to leave the suite during an event to access one of the Clubs or the general admission seating bowl, they may carry non-alcoholic beverages or beer provided they are in a plastic cup. New Jersey State Law requires that any wine or spirits served in a suite must be consumed in the suite. We ask that you help us to maintain a family atmosphere in the Hertz Suites by asking your guests to consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Please notify the nearest MetLife Stadium Premium Services team member or Concierge for additional information or assistance on gameday. GUEST RESERVE The Guest Reserve site (dncguestreserve.com) allows our suiteholders to manage their catering account throughout the season including creating menus and placing orders for individual events. Getting Started: • Appoint a person to be the main contact to place all food and beverage orders for your Suite • Call the DNC Suites Administrator at 201.559.1631 to obtain a username and password • Provide suite host names, company name, contact phone number and credit card information Guest Reserve Features: •Place orders by event •Tag your favorite menu items for easy searching in future menu orders •See event “Specials” advertised •Review a “Recommendations” section created by the DNC Suite Chef •Edit and change orders up until cut-off time •Look at past orders already placed and fulfilled •Receive instant confirmations by e-mail once you place your order •Receive a receipt by e-mail when order is charged to credit card •Track billing for previous event orders • All credit card information is stored securely 12 Martini Bar in the Lexus Club PREMIUM SERVICES PRIVATE ENTRANCES Each entry gate has lanes dedicated to Suite Partners and their guests. Once inside the gates, all suite guests have access to VIP entrances at the East and MetLife Gates. There are elevators and escalators at both VIP entrances which access all Hertz Suite Levels. The concierge staff are trained premium services professionals and are available to all suite guests to provide assistance with Stadium information. Additionally, they can assist with: • Merchandise requests • Catering information • Post-event car service or restaurant reservations • Informational literature/questions • Lost and found • Lost children/parents • Seating and assistance arrangements for guests with disabilities • Translators • Any other special requests MERCHANDISE DISCOUNTS Suite Partners receive a discount on Jets merchandise purchased in-advance of an event through the Jets Shop Flagship Team Store. Please contact your Suite Service Manager for assistance in utilizing this discount. EVENT SUITE DISCOUNTS Suite Partners receive a 15% discount on any additional suite purchases for non-Jets events. Please contact your Suite Service Manager for more information. PREMIUM SERVICES HOTLINE Suite Partners and their guests may reach a dedicated premium services professional during normal business hours and events by calling 201.559.1616. The staff will be able to assist with event information and special requests. 14 New York Jets Flight Crew in the Flagship Store METLIFE STADIUM GUIDE A TO Z ALCOHOL POLICY The team at MetLife Stadium is dedicated to promoting a safe and family friendly atmosphere at our events. Please encourage your guests to consume alcohol responsibly while attending events in your suite. Suite guests are not permitted to carry alcoholic beverages into the Stadium. In addition, in accordance with our caterer’s, Delaware North, exclusive alcohol permit; the consumption of alcohol is limited to the premises designated as MetLife Stadium. Therefore, bottles or cans cannot be removed from the suite areas. Certain events may require that alcohol service be prohibited. You will receive notification of any “alcohol-free” events from your Suite Service Manager. ASSISTANCE FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES MetLife Stadium and the Hertz Suite Levels are fully ADA compliant. If you would like an accessible platform installed in your suite for a guest who is a wheelchairuser for one or all of the events, please contact your Suite Service Manager at least 72 hours prior to the event. For guests with low mobility needing assistance to the Stadium from the parking lots, please direct them to call the Guest Services Hotline at 201-559-1515 upon arrival with their car location, including the nearest lot sign (i.e. E6, L13, etc), and a parking team member will be dispatched. Additionally, ADA assistants are available at each gate to assist with transportation to your suite via a wheelchair. MetLife Stadium also offers assistive listening devices through the team members at the Concierge Desks. If one of your guests needs these or another type of accommodation, please contact your Suite Service Manager to make arrangements. 15 Hot 97 Summer JamNicki Minaj and Guests AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINES Automatic Teller Machines are located on the concourses behind sections 117, 128, 143 (Plaza Level), 149, 213 (Chase Club), 220a, 239 (Lexus Club), 245a, 223b, 248b, 304, 322, 334 and 347. BAG CHECK FACILITY A bag check facility is located outside the Stadium between the Train and Verizon Gates where guests may check any items which are not permitted into the Stadium for a nominal fee. Please note that this fee may change by event but is typically $5 per item. The bag check facility opens when the gates open and closes approximately one hour following the conclusion of the event. BAG SEARCHES In accordance with NFL Best Practices and MetLife Stadium security guidelines, bags, purses, backpacks, parcels, briefcases and like articles measuring 12” x 12” x 12” or smaller will be permitted after a thorough inspection by a Safety Services representative. Guests that need to bring a larger diaper bag, when accompanied by a baby or infant, will be subject to the same inspection procedures. Guests should be prepared to open their bags for inspection and may be asked by Safety Services staff to shift and possibly remove the contents. Backpacks, duffel bags or any bag larger than 12” x 12” x 12” will not be permitted to be carried inside of MetLife Stadium and guests will be asked to return them to their vehicle or check them in at our bag check facility. Any items left unattended outside the stadium are subject to disposal. BUS PARKING Bus parking is located in parking lot L. Please contact your Suite Service Manager to purchase a bus parking pass in advance of the event. CAMERAS & RECORDING EQUIPMENT Handheld digital or film cameras are permitted inside MetLife Stadium as long as their use does not interfere with the game or other guests’ enjoyment of the event. Tripods, monopods and cameras with a lens longer than 6” (detachable or nondetachable) will not be permitted into the Stadium. Video cameras and video or audio recording of events at MetLife Stadium are prohibited. 16 CONCACAF Gold Cup Quarterfinals CAR TROUBLE MetLife Stadium provides basic car and towing assistance in all MetLife Stadium parking lots. This service includes: towing, battery charging and jump-starts, flat tire assistance and locked-in keys. Guests may ask a parking lot team member, text our GuestASSIST text message service or call the Guest Services Hotline for assistance. CARRY-IN POLICY Guests are welcome to carry-in to the Stadium the following items: •Bags or purses that are 12” x 12” x 12” or less in size, all bags and other carried items will be subject to search •Food contained in a clear plastic bag •Factory-sealed, plastic bottles of water or soft drinks that are 20 oz. or less in size (caps will be removed by Safety Services team members). •Still-photography cameras with a lens that is 6” or less in length •Jackets or blankets after being patted down or searched Guests may NOT carry-in to the Stadium the following items: •Bottles, cans, hard-sided coolers, thermoses, or ice chests •Alcohol of any kind •Weapons or anything that can be used as a projectile or is deemed dangerous by Stadium management •Banners, signs or flags of any size •Umbrellas, strollers, balls of any kind including full sized footballs, laser pointers, or Frisbees •Single purpose video cameras or still-photography cameras with a lens longer than 6” •Any animal with the exception of a service animal •Any other item deemed inappropriate by Stadium management To ensure the highest level of safety and security, all guests will be subject to a courteous screening upon entry by Safety Services team members. All bags and vehicles will be subject to inspection upon entry. Persons that refuse to be patted down and/or refuse to have their bags or vehicle inspected will not be admitted. By presenting your ticket or credential to the Safety Services team members, you consent to such inspections and waive any and all related claims that you might have against MetLife Stadium. Alcohol, weapons or any items the Safety Services team members deems dangerous will be confiscated. Thank you for your cooperation. 17 Wilkerson Takes Down Brady 11/13/11 CLEANING SERVICE Following every event, your suite will be fully cleaned by the Unicco cleaning services team members. If your suite requires attention during an event, please contact the Concierge Desk via the direct dial button on your suite telephone which is available by pressing the “Directories” key. CELL PHONE/PDA’s Guests may carry in and use cellular telephones as long as they do not distract from other guests enjoyment of the game. CLUBS MetLife Stadium’s five clubs span over 130,000 total square feet and, depending on the Club, include distinct features such as a martini lounge, a wine bar, brick pizza ovens, innovative technology and much more. Additionally, these spaces may be rented for a reduced fee on non-event days for a Suite Partner’s private event. Suite Partners and their guests have access to the following Clubs: • Chase Club (east side of stadium): located on the 200-level concourse behind sections 207C-220C •Lexus Club (west side of stadium): located on the 200-level concourse behind sections 232C-245C Please note: Food, beer and non-alcoholic beverages may be carried from the Clubs onto the Suite floors. However, New Jersey State Law requires that any wine or spirits purchased in the Clubs must be consumed in the Clubs. COMPUTERS/TABLETS Guests may carry computers or tablets into the stadium provided they fit within the carry-in size guidelines (less than 12”x12”x12” in size). 18 Commissioners Club CREDIT CARDS The MetLife Stadium Ticket Office and Delaware North-Sportservice accept credit or debit cards with the Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card logos. DESIGNATED DRIVER PROGRAM Designated Driver information can be found at the Concierge Desk on each Suite and Club Level. This information is sponsored by Anheuser-Busch in partnership with Delaware North Companies-Sportservice to encourage guests to drink responsibly while attending events at the stadium. Guests over the age of 21 who pledge not to drink while at the event will be entered to win prizes during each event. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES In the event of an emergency, you will be notified by the Stadium public address system, video boards and/or alarms. At that time, if necessary, you will be directed by our team members to the quickest route to exit the Stadium. All elevators will be recalled and use is prohibited except for emergency or fire personnel. All guests with disabilities will have access to elevators operated by emergency personnel. FIRST AID If First Aid is needed in your suite, please notify the nearest team member or press the Concierge button, located under the “Directories” tab, on your phone and our First Aid staff will immediately be dispatched to your suite. Our First Aid staff is made up of trained nurses, doctors and EMTs who are on-site to provide basic and emergency medical services for our guests. 19 Fireworks Display over MetLife Stadium FLEX SCHEDULING (JETS GAMEDAYS ONLY) The NFL utilizes flexible scheduling for the final seven weeks of the regular season. Sunday afternoon games during Weeks 11-17 are eligible to move into other time slots. Suite Partners will be notified of any changes via your Suite Service Manager. Game time changes will also be posted on the team and Stadium websites. GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT The team at MetLife Stadium is committed to providing a memorable event day experience for all guests. With that goal in mind, we have developed a Guest Code of Conduct which all guests are expected to follow. The team at MetLife Stadium, the Giants, the Jets and our promoters ask the guests to assist in creating an enjoyable and safe environment by: • Respecting each other as well as our employees • Consuming alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner • Refraining from fighting, throwing items or using foul/abusive language or gestures • Not displaying indecent messages on clothing • Not creating a disruption to the progress of the event by their actions • Showing their ticket when requested and sitting only in their ticketed seat • Following instructions from staff regarding stadium operations and emergency procedures • Allowing each other to be free to support their team or entertainer while remaining respectful and courteous to their fellow guests, referees, opposing team fans and players • Keeping the MetLife Stadium SMOKE-FREE Stadium team members have been trained and instructed to take necessary actions to ensure the above expectations are maintained. Guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest Guest or Safety Service Representative, any Guest Services Booth, Concierge Desk or through our text messaging service. Guests should address the text message to 78247, type the word Jets followed by a space, the request and location. Guests who choose not to follow the Guest Code of Conduct will be subject to ejection and possible arrest. 20 Hertz Suites at MetLife Stadium LIMOUSINE AND CAR SERVICE For guests of New York Jets home games, ground transportation dispatchers will be located at the East and West VIP Entrances. Car, Limo, Van and Special Needs Vehicles will be available both during and after the game. You may also dial car service from your suite phone or see your concierge for assistance. Call Vincent Limousine at 1-800-335-5460 to pre-arrange for service going to MetLife Stadium and for New York Jets away games. LOST AND FOUND Any items found in your Suite will be returned to the Suite Service Department and your suite administrator will be contacted the day following the event to notify you of any items collected in your suite. EAST VIP WEST VIP ENTRANCE MODIFICATIONS TRAIN GATE In accordance with your license agreement, any desired modification such as signage or artwork must be approved in advance by the Suite Service Department. To maintain uniformity in public areas of the Stadium, signs and/or lettering outside the suite or visible to the Stadium interior seating areas may not be displayed. 21 Goin’ CoastalZac Brown Band PARKING LOT GUIDELINES Parking lot guidelines have been established in order to create a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. All vehicles and bags that enter the MetLife Sports Complex property and MetLife Stadium may be subject to a visual search. • 1 VEHICLE = 1 SPACE: All tailgating items must be set up in front of or behind one vehicle. Roadways and additional spaces are to remain clear for fellow guestsand emergency vehicles. •ALCOHOL GUIDELINES: All New Jersey alcohol consumption and distribution laws will be strictly enforced by New Jersey State Police and MetLife Stadium team members. •CHARTER BUSES: Charter bus parking is located in Lot L. •COOKING / USE OF GRILLS: We ask that all guests safely set-up, operate and extinguish all cooking and grilling materials. Please extinguish and dispose of all cooking and grilling materials. Hot coals are to be disposed of in hot coal containers which are located at the perimeter of parking lots. The use of grills is NOT PERMITTED on any level of the IZOD Center parking deck. •RV’s / LARGE VEHICLES: Will not be permitted to park in the IZOD Center parking decks. •TICKET RESALE: Ticket reselling is not authorized on MetLife Sports Complex property. Be aware that tickets purchased from sources other than MetLife Stadium, Jets or an authorized ticket outlet may be counterfeit and may not be accepted. This includes the reselling of parking permits on the roadways leading into the MetLife Sports Complex. •VENDING / SOLICITATION: Unauthorized soliciting or the collection of contributions, vending, distribution of flyers or other materials is not permitted. • WASTE: Please dispose of all waste materials in the proper trash, recycling, and hot coal containers. Violating parking lot guidelines may result in ejection from the MetLife Sports Complex property, arrest and the revocation of tickets or parking passes. 22 Wine Bar in the Chase Club PLAZA Between the entry gates and the Stadium there is a 350,000-square-foot outdoor plaza filled with interactive activities, eating opportunities and pre-event entertainment zones. These offerings will change based on the event so please visit the Stadium website prior to the specific event for updates. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION Rail (Penn Station) and Bus (Port Authority) service to MetLife Stadium are available for large scale events and all Jets games. Guests should visit www.njtransit.com or call 973.275.5555 for information on schedules and service locations for the train. They may visit www.351express.com or call 800.877.1888 Ext. 3 for information about bus service. During small scale events public transportation is available by using the NJ Transit’s convenient shuttle bus services from Secaucus Junction (Frank R. Lautenberg Station). How to Ride: • Purchase round-trip tickets to MetLife Sports Complex at your boarding station. Your tickets will be valid for rail and bus service to the MetLife Sports Complex. • Ride to Secaucus Junction • Transfer to the shuttle bus by following the signs on the upper level of the Secaucus Junction station • Ride shuttle bus to Lot K of MetLife Stadium RE-ENTRY POLICY MetLife Stadium has a no re-entry policy for most stadium events. For select events, limited re-entry options may be available. Please call your Suite Service Manager for more information in advance of the event or visit the nearest Concierge Desk during an event. 23 U2 Concert-Bono RECYCLING The EPA has certified MetLife Stadium as the “greenest” NFL stadium. MetLife Stadium encourages all guests to reduce, reuse and recycle. The recycling program at MetLife Stadium includes recycling containers in all parking lots, all security checkpoint locations, as well as along all stadium concourses and in all Hertz Suites premium areas. Please check the signage on the recycling containers to help in recycling the proper items such as plastic, glass and aluminum. Please help keep MetLife Stadium beautiful and protect our future! RESTROOMS Restroom locations are conveniently located throughout all of the suite areas. Guests may only smoke in designated smoking areas located on the plaza level along the exterior fence line. Please feel free to contact the nearest team member with any question, comment or concern. 24 New York Jets Gameday TELEPHONES Each suite has a dedicated telephone which allows for local phone calls and provides access to the Concierge and Catering departments through speed dial keys located under the “Directories” menu. The telephone allows guests to place additional food and beverage orders and control the televisions located in their suites. Please see your Suite Captain or Concierge for information and assistance in using the telephone. VIDEO RECORDING The NFL and concert promoter policies prohibit the recording of any live event at MetLife Stadium.
