their families rely on food services.

Every month, we deliver tons of food to veterans and
families in need of food assistance.

"Imagine our Soldiers returning home and going through this Bike Share
program, completes the business module and opens his/her own business
that has been a dream of theirs for years? Now that is success!"

Veterans Business Opportunity Using
a Bike Share Practicum (VBBSP)
Bike Share Project that will provide an opportunity for Veterans to learn small
business skills while at the same time utilizing those skills in starting and main
taining a Bike Share Program. This will in turn provide physical fitness opportuni
ties for VA employees. The Bike Share Program has a twofold objective benefit
ing both the Veteran and the VA employee.
° First, Veteran will be provided an opportunity to engage and receive for
mal entrepreneurial instructions and practical experience while running a
bike exchange program.
•Secondly, VA employee will be provided an opportunity to engage in an
alternative form of transportation when traveling from building to building
on the VA grounds this will add an opportunity to incorporate exercise
into their daily routine.
We have connected with the Ohio Small Business Development Centers, the
Small Business Administration and the National Boots to Business Initiative to
provide the training for our Veterans free of costs. The Veteran will receive a cer
tificate once they have completed the program. The program will lasts six weeks
overlapping with four weeks in the classroom and three weeks actually running
the bike share. If interested, please contact one of our Innovation Network team
