Disconnect Notice FAQ
Q: Why did I get a disconnect notice with
a disconnect date in it when I had made a
payment arrangement to pay later in the
month?
A: Disconnect Notices are printed and mailed
to ALL customers who have a balance due on
the date the notices are run, which is the 17th
of the month or the next business day. Having
a payment arrangement prevents a customer
from being disconnected for non-payment
before the date of the arrangement. If you
have an arrangement to pay late, you can
disregard the notice.
As always, if you have any questions, please
give us a call. We are always glad to help you.
TCT would like to thank everyone who donated food
items to the Self Less Elf Tree at the Council Grove
and Abilene Solutions Centers! Together we collected
over 600 items that were given to local
food pantries. TCT plans to bring back
the Self Less Elf Tree next Christmas,
so be sure to look for information in
our 2016 November Newsletter!
