A: Disconnect Notices are printed and mailed to ALL customers who have a balance due on the date the notices are run, which is the 17th of the month or the next business day. Having a payment arrangement prevents a customer from being disconnected for non-payment before the date of the arrangement. If you have an arrangement to pay late, you can disregard the notice. As always, if you have any questions, please give us a call. We are always glad to help you. TCT would like to thank everyone who donated food items to the Self Less Elf Tree at the Council Grove and Abilene Solutions Centers!
