Internet Password Instructions March 2012
Instructions for accessing your password for LIVE by JN
Thank you for signing up for LIVE by JN. Below are the steps to access your temporary
password. Before starting the process below, kindly ensure the following:
Be aware of your Username
o This is the name that you created when you were signing up. If you have
forgotten your Username, kindly contact the JNBS Member Care Centre or send
an email to: live@jnbs.com to request a new Username. The telephone
numbers for the JNBS Member Care Centre are:



USA & Canada: 1-800-462-9003
Check if you have received an email from LIVE by JN entitled “Internet New Login
Password”
o If this message is not in your inbox, please check your junk mail filter.
You have at least 10 minutes
Please have your password ready
o Your password should be at least 8 characters in length and should include at
least 5 characters and 3 numbers, in a mix of upper and lowercase. Numbers
should not be sequential, for example 123. Example of suitable password:
LivebyJN2004
*Please note LIVE by JN is case sensitive, so care must be taken when entering your
Username, password and the answers to your security questions.

Step 1: Access email with Password
LIVE by JN will send you an email with the subject line: “Internet New Login Password”. If you
do not see this email in your inbox, check your junk mail. In the email body, look for the “Click
Here” access link to get a temporary password. In addition you will need your username to
access this password.

Step 2: Generate Temporary Password
Please type in your “Username”, then Click “Continue”.
*Please note LIVE by JN is case sensitive. Please also remove any space after the username

Step 3: Record / Copy Password
Please copy or write down your secure password. Please note that this access code is case
sensitive.
Copy Instructions: Left Click on your new password TWICE which is given in bold (This will
highlight it). Once it is highlighted, Right Click ONCE then Left Click on “Copy” then Click
“Continue”.
*Please remember LIVE by JN is case sensitive

Step 4: Login with Temporary Password
Type in your “username” then Right Click in the field labeled “Password” then Left Click on
“Paste”. If you choose not to copy the password please type it into the appropriate field.
*Please remember LIVE by JN is case sensitive. In addition, remove any space after username
and password
Check your username and ensure it is correct, then Click “Enter”.
Login Area
If you receive an error stating “Invalid Username or Password - Please Try Again”, kindly do the
following:
Check that username is correct and there is no extra space. Please remember that the
username is case sensitive as well.
Check that password is correct and there is no extra space. Please remember that the
password is case sensitive as well.
If problem persist, please contact the JNBS Member Care Centre, asking them to resend login
information.

Step 5: Change Login Information
A. Password
Right Click in the field labeled “Old Password” then Left Click on “Paste” or type in your old
password. In the field labeled “New Password”, type in a password which is NO LESS than eight
(8) characters long, having AT LEAST five (5) letters and three (3) numbers.
Retype or copy your new password in the field labeled “Confirm Password”
B. Security Questions

C. Select Image
Select an image by “Clicking” on it then Click “Confirm”.

If after clicking confirm, an error stating “Unknown Exceptional Error” or “Object Reference” is
generated, kindly go to LIVE by JN login page, otherwise, continue to step 6. This can be done
by going to https://www.jnbslive.com or visiting www.jnbs.com and clicking on “sign in LIVE by
JN”. Then continue from Step 4.

Step 6: Review & Confirm New Login Information
Click “confirm” button to save new login information or click back button to change
information.

If after clicking confirm, an error stating “Unknown Exceptional Error” or “Object Reference” is
generated, kindly go to LIVE by JN login page, otherwise, continue to Step 7. This can be done
go going to https://www.jnbslive.com or visiting www.jnbs.com and clicking on “sign in LIVE by
JN”.
Then, continue to attempt to login with new password along with username. If you receive an
error message stating “Invalid Username or Password - Please Try Again”, kindly contact the
JNBS Member Care Centre. Otherwise, please answer security /image questions and proceed
to Step 8.

Step 7: Confirmation Screen
CONGRATULATIONS! You have successfully changed your password.
Click “Continue” to view your accounts.
