- SWIFT ALARMS GROUP –
- SWIFT ALARMS A brief history
Swift Alarms Supplies Limited was established in Tunbridge Wells in 1978.
The company was one of the first ever fire and security components suppliers
trading successfully well before the appearance of many of today’s better
known companies such as ADI - Global.
However, with only one significant alarm installer in the region at the time,
there was significant pressure for Swift to develop an alarms installation
business. The huge customer demand convinced Swift’s directors to launch
an alarms installation and maintenance company, and so today’s Swift Alarms
Group was born.
Today’s company
The Swift Alarms Group has become one of the UK’s largest and most
successful fire and security businesses. Incorporating Swift Alarms, Safyre &
Swift Auto-Gates, we can justifiably claim to be at the forefront of the UK fire
and security systems market, providing a national service to our customers
across the complete spectrum of fire and security products and services.
However, we have been careful not to forget our roots and we are proud to
provide the same courteous, efficient, competitive and personal service that
has been the key to our long-term success.
