Weather in the Rockies is unpredictable. Even during the summer months, quick drops in temperature are possible. Be sure to pack a light jacket and plenty of sunscreen. The average daily temperature is 75 degrees during the summer and the average humidity ranges around 33%. Be prepared for the common afternoon showers that move through the Rocky Mountains in the summer. Be sure to drink plenty of water during your stay. Keystone is home to multiple AAA 4 Diamond, Wine Spectator and Zagat Survey-rated restaurants, along with many dining establishments that are reasonably priced and family friendly. The summit area towns of Dillon and Silverthorne are only six miles up the road, with additional dining and outlet shopping malls. Your Mountain Concierge can book most activities.
