Day 01/02 (Oct 12/13th) DEPART CANADA – AUCKLAND
You depart onboard Qantas known for its award-winning in-flight service.
You will lose a day crossing the international dateline arriving in Auckland
early Friday morning.
AUCKLAND The city of Auckland, with a population of almost one million, is the main gateway city to New Zealand. The dominating features
of the Auckland cityscape are the graceful lines of the Harbour Bridge, the
sparkling waters of Waitemata Harbour and the Hauraki Gulf. Auckland is a
cosmopolitan city with lovely boutiques, fine shops and restaurants.
Day 3 (Oct 14th) ARRIVAL AUCKLAND

Haere mai – Welcome to New Zealand. Your coach will be waiting to transfer you to your Auckland hotel where everyone will be able to freshen up
before going out and exploring the town or relaxing before dinner. This
evening we have arranged a delicious “Welcome to New Zealand dinner.”

Day 4 (Oct 15th) GAME DAY

Venue: Eden Park – game start 9:00pm
We have included in your apartment a deluxe welcome breakfast pack to
get you energized for your first day. Today is a free day to enjoy Auckland
and the festivities in the city before game time. If you prefer, we will organize
an optional tour for you. Arrangements for transportation to/from the game
will be provided.
Fan Zones: Kick off the pregame ritual at Queen’s Wharf where all the celebrations for the event will be held.
Day 5 (Oct 16th) GAME DAY

Venue: Eden Park – game start 9:00pm
You have another free day to enjoy the festivities before game time. Arrangements for transportation to/from the game will be provided.

Day 6 (Oct 17th) AUCKLAND

This morning you join our private full day tour to view some of New Zealand’s unique natural wonders. Your first stop is at the Arataki Visitor Information Centre situated within Auckland’s largest Regional Park, Waitakere
Ranges Regional Park. Your tour also includes a special picnic lunch. After
lunch, you have time to stroll on one of New Zealand’s pristine beaches and
experience the uniqueness of the black sand and the clean ocean breezes.
Day 7 (Oct 18th) AUCKLAND TO ROTORUA

You board our private coach this morning for your journey south travelling
through rich agricultural lands to our first stop to visit the fascinating Ruakuri
Caves in the Waitomo region.
After your visit, you continue on to the thermal city of Rotorua.
ROTORUA is New Zealand’s highest city located in a volcanic crater, approximately 305 metres (1000ft) above sea level. Nick-named the “Sulphur
City”, Rotorua has the most energetic thermal activity in the country with boiling mud pools, gurgling hot springs and gushing geysers. Rotorua also has a
large Maori population whose cultural activities are the most interesting and
accessible in New Zealand.
This evening, you will experience a Maori cultural show and a Traditional
Hangi feast.

Day 8 (Oct 19th) ROTORUA

A full breakfast is included at your hotel this morning.
After breakfast, you join the group for a guided tour of the thermal reserve
of Te Puia and the Maori Cultural Centre including demonstrations on basket
weaving and carving. Te Puia is home to the internationally renowned Pohutu
geyser and the source of the lovely odour in Rotorua!
From Te Puia, you head to the world-famous New Zealand Sports Academy
where you will be greeted with a traditional Maori Welcome and hosted by
the Academy for lunch and tour of the facility where many All Blacks have
honed their skills over the years. The group will also be treated to a unique
and fun learning Haka session on the field of the stadium with the players.
Included in your afternoon will be an informal meeting session to talk about
rugby with legends Jim Love, a former Maori All Black player & coach; Hika
Reid, a former All Black player; Glen Jackson, a former NZ rugby Union
player who now joins the ranks as one of the top referees and Darrel Shelford who is currently coaching at the NZ Rugby Academy and was a former
NZ Rugby Union player.
This evening, the group will be hosted by the Whakarewarewa Rugby Community Sports. Enjoy a fun evening of dinner and drinks with your local hosts
talk­ing about rugby and the World Cup.
Day 9 (Oct 20th) ROTORUA B
A full breakfast is included at your hotel.
This morning you are off to Rainbow Springs Wildlife Park for a unique experience where you can get up close and personal with New Zealand wildlife.
This afternoon you have time to explore the town on your own looking for
that unique Maori souvenir to take back home. Rotorua is also a great destination for the outdoors and we will organize an optional excursion for you.
Day 10 (Oct 21st) ROTORUA TO AUCKLAND

GAME DAY
After breakfast, you depart Rotorua for your journey back to Auckland. Enroute, you stop to visit a real working sheep farm to learn and see the daily
life of a Kiwi farmer/sheep herder. After your visit, you stop for lunch at a
local pub before arriving in Auckland in time to freshen before the big game!
BRONZE FINAL
Venue: Eden Park – game start at 8:30pm
Arrangements for transportation to/from the game will be provided.

This is a free day to enjoy the festivities before game time. Arrangements for
transportation to/from the game will be provided.

HOW TO JOIN YOUR VIP RWC TOUR When you have made your decision to travel don’t delay
in booking as we have limited the space available for this once in a lifetime experience.
PACKAGE DEPOSITS
• In order to book you air/land arrangements, a non-refundable deposit of 25% the package total per
person is due at time of booking.
• 01 Dec 2010 - additional payment of 50% of the package price is due.
• These amounts will be deducted from the final invoice. The above deposits apply to the Rugby
World Cup (RWC) core package. Additional deposits may be required for any pre/post RWC travel
arrangements which will be determined with confirmation.
• 01 April 2011 – Final Balance is due. All bookings accepted after 01 April 2011 must be accompanied by full travel package payment (100%).
• For bookings/payments made after 01 April 2011, or if air tickets and documents need to be issued
immediately after payment, a certified check, bank draft or wire transfer must be received.
PACKAGE CANCELLATION PENALTIES
All payments, including the booking fee, deposits, and final payment, are 100% non-refundable for
Rugby World Cup 2011.

Event postponement; rescheduling, or time changes due to weather; illness; construction, or any other
