1. Install Roof Module
1.1 Safety Notes
The AutoFarm system must be powered OFF when installing or removing the roof module.
The supplied locking pin or a padlock must be in place whenever the vehicle is in operation.
The roof module must be removed when transporting the vehicle at speeds above 30 mph.
Make sure that you are in a stable position on the tractor platform when removing the roof module, so that
you do not fall or drop the roof module.
1.2 Install the Mounting Rail
Remove the cab roof bolts.
1
Align the mounting rail to mounting holes and fasten the mounting rail to the roof. The lettered holes and
the dummy cable connector must be on the left side of the tractor.
left side of tractor
2
1.3 Mount the Roof Module
Slide the roof module into locked position. The cable connection must be on the left side of the tractor, facing the rear.
Make sure that the spring lock is in place.

3
Insert and close the locking pin through the holes in the roof module and the mounting rail. Note that a padlock can replace the locking pin.

Remove the travel stop on the bracket assembly.
6
Install user terminal arm onto the cab bracket.
Replace the travel stop.
7
Tighten the arm onto the bracket.
Remove adjustment bolt caps.
8
Adjust user terminal arm tightness.
Replace adjustment bolt caps and adjust user terminal viewing angle. (Different vehicle shown below.)
9
3. Install the Wheel Angle Sensor (WAS)
3.1 Mount the Sensor bracket and the Tie Rod bracket.
Remove the bolt as shown.
Mount the sensor bracket.
10
Mount the linkage bracket.
3.2 Mount the Sensor and Mount and Connect Linkage Arms
11
3.3 Adjust the Sensor and Linkage Arms
Adjust linkage arm length and/or linkage bracket position to obtain between 3200 and 3800 counts. Turn the
wheels all the way in both directions to make sure the linkage arms can move without interference. Note:
This step is done during the calibration and tuning steps.
12
4. Assemble and Mount the Hydraulic Valve
4.1 Install the Hydraulic Valve
Remove panel cover at the front right side of the cab.
Fasten bracket into place.
Make sure none of the
bracket bolts are in contact with the fuel tank
after installation
We recommend drilling
a third hole through the
compartment floor for
added support at the spot
shown here
13
Use the rectangular washer underneath the floor the back right bolt.
Mount the hydraulic valve.
14
5. Install the Hydraulic Hoses
5.1 Route the Hydraulic Hoses
Route the return, pressure, and load sense hoses from the AutoSteer hydraulic valve, beneath the cab to the
power beyond unit on the back of the tractor.
Route “Steer Out” hoses from the AutoSteer valve to the vehicle’s steer cylinder.
Route the vehicle’s existing hoses from the vehicle’s steering unit to the AutoSteer valve “Steer In” ports.
Note: Secure the hoses with cable ties and be sure they are clear of moving parts and heat sources.
