Onsite at the 2008 NCBA Trade show As in past years, we will hold space sales meetings by appointment onsite at the 2008 NCBA Trade Show. You will select and directly participate in your space assignment and be able to see the most current plan when it’s your turn to select space. 2. All current exhibitors from the current year have until April 1, 2008 to reserve space. How it works AIC and Gold level members will have the first opportunity to reserve booth space during the Allied Industry Council meeting. This meeting is typically held early on during the week of convention. How to submit your application Allied Industry Associates and Allied Industry Partners will have the next opportunity to reserve space.
