On the Checkout screen, select your ‘Payment Type’ from the drop down list underneath the
‘ORDER DETAILS’ header.
At the checkout, select
your payment type. If you
have a CPA, please select
this option and an invoice
will be generated and sent
to your regional office
for approval. Otherwise,
please select Credit Card.
