TODAY’S RETAIL WORKFORCE, BY THE NUMBERS 51% OF RETAILERS find it hard to fill middle-skill positions. 50% OF EMPLOYEES struggle to advance their careers. According to the Harvard Business School, 51 percent of retailers find it hard to fill middleskill positions.
