Conduct special door to door survey for identification of Out of school children (6-14 age group) according to state office instructions. 3. Direct admission in near Govt. schools which are Out of school children age group 6-7 years. 4. Provide special training by Volunteers/Teachers to Out of school children age group 7-14 years for mainstreaming in schools according to state office instructions. 5. Provide the special facilities to Out of school children age group 6-14 year according to state office instructions. 6. Manage a Residential Special Training center for year 2014-15 as per state office instructions. 7. 15 Block Resource Persons are working out of 19 at block level. 8. Deals with EGS/AIE/STR Volunteers reappointed by Punjab Government in February 2014. DRP (CIVIL WORKS) 1. Civil works component deals with infrastructure requirements of government schools. 2. Manage all administrative issues at district level regarding civil works under the guidance of DEO,DPC and SPO. 3. To monitor the civil works at district level. 4. Data collecting from blocks which is required by SPO or MHRD and send to SPO. DRP (IED) 1. Manage all Administration Issue at District level of IED Component under the guidance of District Education Officer, District Project Coordinator and SPO. 2. Manage Medical & Distribution Camps of CWSN. 3. To monitor Physiotherapy camps, Resource Rooms and DSE’s Visit. 4. Data collection from Blocks which is required by SPO or MHRD and send to SPO. District Special Educator (DSE) 1. To monitor Resource Room and Physiotherapy Camp. 2. To improve Quality Education of CWSN. 3. Counselling to the Parents of CWSN. 4. Sensitize to the IERTs for better and proper education of CWSN as per Level. 5. Manage Assessment and Distribution of Aid & Appliances Camps for CWSN. Physiotherapist (PT) 1. Manage Physiotherapy Camp for CWSN at cluster level. 2. Identification of CWSN (OI & CP) for corrective Surgery & Physiotherapy. 3. Assess the CWSN for Aid & Appliances. 4. Counselling of Parents of CWSN. DRP (SOCIAL SCIENCE) 1. Monthly visit to school to monitor quality improvement in social science like checking of wall maps, syllabus, notebooks and CCE register. 2. To facilitate the teacher in teaching the subject for example:- providing them MCQ type questions from every lesson. 3. Conducting and checking of seminars of social science. 4. Conducting social science activities according to the SS Activity Calendar at cluster, block and district level. 5. Updation of study material and to check basic general knowledge of the students and teachers like new states, districts, Prime Minister, President, Chief Minister, Governor. DRP (ENGLISH) 1. Monthly visit to school to monitor quality improvement in English. 2. To facilitate the teacher in teaching the subject and giving on spot help for example:providing them simplified grammar material ( paragraph, story, letter) 3. Conducting and checking of training programme of english subject. 4. Conducting English activities according to the academic Calendar provided by head office at school, cluster, block and district level. 5. Under RMSA conducting training of teachers teaching English in 9 th and 10 th classes with collaboration British Council of India. DRP (MATH) 1. Monthly visit to school to monitor quality improvement in Mathematics. 2. To conduct and check seminar of math. 3. Checking of practical work from class 6 th to 8 th . 4. Checking of basic operations of Mathematics. 5. To check math corner in every school. 6. Display and use of math kits in math corner. DRP (PERVESH) 1. They work for the implementation of pervesh project Jodo Gyan project effectively in all Govt.primary schools. 2. They follow the instructions of state and deliver directly to the pervesh team in the district. 3. Pervesh Project is based on the Creative Learning Model (CLM) & main motive is to bring the quality education. 4. All the schools are monitored by them. Necessary steps are also taken to improve the standards. DRP ( Text Books) 1. To collect demand of Text Books from Blocks and Compile at District Level & Send to State. 2. To monitor the supply of Text Books From Book Depot to Blocks. 3. To Receive Parvesh Material at District Level. 4. To Distribute Parvesh Material at Block Level. 5. To Maintain The Record of Text Books & Parvesh Material At District Level. 6. To Verify the Text Books Bills. 7. Checking of Schools & Blocks during the Supply of Text Books. Accountants at District Level 1. To maintain the Cash Book, Ledger, Advance Register, Asset Reports, Bill Register, voucher File, bank Pass Book, Bank Reconciliation Statement. 2. Tally Entries & Updating. Assistant Project Coordinator (G) 1. To take care of Girl Education & SC/ST and Uniform component. Under which I have following duties :2. Different activities done to promote the girls education in the society like, Krate training to girls, Exposure visit for girls to enhance their knowledge. 3. Medical camps for the students to provide the awareness how to maintain their health, Sports kits to the schools so that the students get the sports material for their sports activities. 4. To provide the Uniforms to all Girls, SC Boys /ST Boys and BPL Boys. 5. Provide the funds to the blocks which are received from the head office and get the utilisation certificate from the blocks. 6. To take care of Human resource and admin department .Under which I have following duties. 7. To maintain the whole record of the Non Teaching Employess of the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan like appointment of the employees, Releaving of the employees, leaves taken by the employees. 8. To maintain the whole record of the Contractual Primary teacher of the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan like appointment of the employees, Releaving of the employees, leaves taken by the employees. 9. To collect the demand of Text Books from Schools and compile at Block level. 2. Distribute Text Books And Parvesh Material at School Level. 3. To Maintain the Record of Text Books And Parvesh Material at Block Level. 4. To Verify the Text Books Bills. 5. To Collect Utilization Certificates from Schools. JUNIOR ENGINEERS 1. Junior engineer is first and foremost duties to check the building material at construction site. 2. He will also check the quality and specifications of the material. 3. He will draw and maintain the records of layout plan of primary/middle/high/secondary schools. 4. He will also decide and mark the possible site for the construction of school building. 5. He will preside the construction work meetings with school management committee. 6. He will prepare the estimate for major repair and draw map for every kind of civil works. 7. He will have consolidated reports of SSA and RMSA civil works. 8. He will also supervise SSA as well as RMSA civil works and match the record with ground level construction. 9. He will deposit the consolidated reports of civil works of SSA and RMSA on the designed Performa to to DEO (SE,EE). These reports will be send by civil engineer to the head office. Inclusive Education Resource Teachers (IERT) 1. Identification of CWSN. 2. Running Resource Rooms for different kind of disabilities (CWSN) for Education of CWSN in Govt. schools. 3. Prepare All Educational Record of CWSN and Resource Rooms (RR). 4. Counselling of Parents of CWSN. 5. Sensitization of Teachers for mainstreamed CWSN in schools. 6. Provide Home Based Education to those CWSNs which are unable to attend the school and having Severe Disability as per SPO Guidelines. 7. Mainstream the CWSN in Govt. schools. Inclusive Education Volunteers (IEV) 1. Identification of CWSN 2. Manage Resource Rooms with the help of Resource Teachers. 3. Provide Home Based Education to Severe CWSN. BRP (PERVESH) 1. They follow the instructions given by Distt. Coordinator. 2. Update the teachers with new educational policies. 3. They conduct the seminars of pervesh project and Jodo Gyan project. 4. Regular testing of students during school visits and direct interaction with students. Also give the suggestions to improve the quality education. 5. Focus on the improvement of under target students. BRP (HR) 1. At the block level ,BRP's are responsible to take care of the Girls Education ,SC/ST and Uniform component. 2. To provide the required funds to the schools as per their needs. 3. To supervise whether the funds are utilized by the schools according to the norms of the department and also in time. 4. To get the utilization certificate from the schools for the funds issued to them.
