winemaking
history back decades
to Argentina, and it
shows in each one
of their exquisite
wines. Loyal wine
club members love
the private parties
that are thrown using
their authentic “adobo” outdoor brick-oven. If
you’re lucky, owner Marcelo Doffo will pour
from a limited-production bottle as he tells you
about his vintage motorcycle collection and
unusual practice of playing classical music
in the vineyard to encourage the grapes
to grow up happy! On the tasting menu:
Viognier, Malbec, Shiraz, Mistura, Cabernet
