Why Register?
The money collected from registration is used to
pay for hotel and convention facilities, associated
services, equipment rental, registration packets,
printing of programs, brochures, and other related
expenses.
Administrative expenses include rent for committe
meetings, bank charges, and general expenses prior
to the convention.
We believe that once participants understand that it
is the fee from registration that makes this event
possible, and the planning and implementation of
present and future conventioins, the reason for
registering becomes clear.
Registration includes workshops, dances,
hospitality rooms and convention activities
