here to sabotage you, or poke fun at
you. They’re here to listen to you speak!

1. Do not look down and drag your feet most of
the time which may cause stage fright.\

yourself. Soon enough, your body will tell your
brain that you’re happy and before you know
it, fear will go away from your mind.

we can not speak before audience.
2. Let us not listen to such de-motivation speak
but instead we talk to ourselves that ‘Yes I
can do it.”

case scenario, then I call Mr Positivity to provide you
with images of encouragement!
