Let the breathing regulate and calm your heart rate! - You’ve got to believe in the value of your message, debate, or presentation! - Know that your presentation is the best. - Your words are powerful and can impact the audience. 1. Understand that the audience are here to hear you succeed! 2. They want you to succeed! They’re not here to sabotage you, or poke fun at you. They’re here to listen to you speak! 3. You have something they want! 4. 4. Only you can satisfy them. 1. Smile sends positive energy & confidence of the speaker. 1. Do not look down and drag your feet most of the time which may cause stage fright.\ 3. Just walk around and feel on top of the world! 4. Smile and pretend that you’re enjoying yourself. Soon enough, your body will tell your brain that you’re happy and before you know it, fear will go away from your mind. 1. Do not be discouraged by people telling why we can not speak before audience. 2. Let us not listen to such de-motivation speak but instead we talk to ourselves that ‘Yes I can do it.” 3. Get out on the stage and seek to have fun! 2. Let your hair down and allow mischievous side to rule for awhile! your 3. Show your happiness and confidence 4. Pretend as if you are enjoying to give a presentation, speech or a debate. 1. Don’t think of the worst before you begin your presentation. 2. Think you shall be victorious after the presentation. 3. Think how much new things like Kaizen, POE or your presentation style and content will be learnt by your audience. 4. If Mr Negativity can get you to think about the worst case scenario, then I call Mr Positivity to provide you with images of encouragement! 5.
