The North Perth Chamber of Commerce would like to honour those amongst us who have demonstrated determination, leadership and community support. We would like to thank all of our sponsors that have helped make this evening possible. This event is to encourage community economic growth and promote our local businesses. We hope all those in attendance enjoy the evening and continue to come out in years to come. 1 from the President The North Perth Chamber of Commerce is once again pleased to organize and host the annual Business Excellence Awards Gala. These Awards allow us to bring together our business community and celebrate all of its successes. The whole process, right from the nomination stage to this evening, is very involved and would not be such a success without the dedicated help of many people. A special thank you goes out to our General Manager, the Directors and all of our volunteer Judges. Congratulations to all the nominees and thank you to all in attendance. We hope that you enjoy your evening. Virginia Dunbar President the Awards process Thanks to Conceptual Pathways, the entire Awards process is now a modernized tool and streamlined for simplicity while maintaining it’s authenticity to our business community and continual successful awards gala. How does it work? First, submissions for Nominations from the public were received online. We contacted and announced those Nominated with balloons this year. The nominee than has the opportunity to accept or decline by logging into our portal and follow the Request of Information. Six questions are asked regarding their growth, service, leadership, employee relations and community values. The Judging Stage - The Chamber approached many community-minded individuals, partners and members who have a sense of compassion and understanding of our North Perth. This process begins with matching up the submissions of nominations with the appropriate category. The judges are assigned a category, with a score system already established. In case of a tie, a second judge is brought in to re-evaluate. The outcome of the tabulations are not shared. Recipients remain confidential until officially announced on the evening of the Awards Ceremony. 2 New Chamber Members FROM OCTOBER 2014 - SEPT. 30, 2015 IN ALPHEBETICAL ORDER * BOLD indicates they’re in attendance this evening More information about our newest members, can be found on our website, or at the number provided Lavish Salon Ashly Ballantyne................................ 519-418-2244 Listowel Hearing Center Marianne Perrie................................. 519-291-4554 Elma Steel & Equipment Jackie Espensen................................. 519-291-1388 Heirlooms Custom Cabinetry Dwayne & Heather Brubacher........ 519-291-5552 Outback Tree Farm Tim & Christine Diebel.................... 519-291-4754 Premier Equipment Ltd Jarret Wilken...................................... 519-291-5390 Pizza Delight Dustin Chamney............................... 519-291-9191 Foundation Genetic Service Jennifer Vanderlaan.......................... 519-291-9916 Dale’s Lawn Care Dale Kuepfer...................................... 519-291-2242 Speedy Glass Trevor & Brian Cork.....................519-291-1300 OTF Advisors Chris Dietz......................................... 519-291-1353 Nine Waves Helena Jakobsen............................519-418-5888 EFS Plastics Martin Vogt........................................ 519-418-3377 Listowel Chiropractic & Wellness Centre Brent Milljour / Kaitlyn Mitchell.... 519-291-4030 Fresh Xpress Jeannine Leutenegger...................519-292-1214 New U Studio Graham and Alison Brown...........226-430-2175 Listowel Pet Valu Siobhan Jackowski........................519-291-2050 New Chamber Partners Ward & Uptigrove By intergrating Accounting, Wealth Management and Consulting Solutions Ward & Uptigrove provides expert advice from their team of professional business advisors. www.wardanduptigrove.com 291-4030 Eastlink Eastlink is a leading provider of High Speed Internet, Digital TV and Home Phone products.
