Rock star chef John will be doing a “cooking for the crowd” demo and sharing stories and secrets from life on tour with the stars. Tasty treats and a glass of fizz. Dish of the day, Phil Lewis, The Cook School Scotland’s resident Head Chef, Daily Record columnist and culinary man of mystery will be revealing top trade secrets! Jacqueline O’Donnell, famed for her restaurant, The Sisters, will demo a dessert to compliment Phil’s dish. Renowned TV and Film set chef, Guy Cowan, will go head to head with Two Fat Ladies restaurateur and Chairman of the Glasgow Restaurant Association, Ryan James. Both chefs will be given a bag of food and will prepare a delicious meal. The audience will decide on who has prepared the best dish. The big question is, who will their celebrity catering assistants be? En Croute’s expert caterer Hilary Harris will be removing the mystery and sharing traditional Jewish home cooking tips whilst showing off her trademark flair for funky and fun food presentation.
