DECREE CONCERNING STATE INCENTIVES TO INVESTMENTS
The purpose of the Decree is;
To orient savings to investments with high added value,
Increase production and employment,
Ensure continuity of investment propensity and the sustainable development,
Encourage large investments contributing to international competitiveness and employing high technologies and
research and development (R&D) activities,
Stimulate direct foreign investments,
Reduce regional development disparities,
Support investments aimed at environmental protection and R&D activities, in line with the targets envisaged in Development Plans and Annual Programs as well as international agreements

invests in Şanlıurfa, instantly your existing
company can benefit tax reduction till the
80% of total tax reduction amount during
the investment period .
The minimum 20% of tax reduction amount
should be applied in operation period.
So investors can use tax money in
their investments instead of paying to
Government.

INCOME TAX WITHHOLDING EXEMPTION
The withholding tax imposed on the income tax of employees will not be levied for new
staff employed within the scope of the investment. This support will be available for the
investments in Region 6 only (10 Years).
SOCIAL SECURITY PREMIUM SUPPORT (EMPLOYEE’S SHARE)
The Ministry of Economy will assume the costs associated with the social security
premium, to be paid by the Employee recruited for the new investment, in the amount
corresponding to the legal minimum wage. This support will be available for the
investments in Region 6 only (10 Years).
