Print all five download pages onto thin, white A4 card.
Alternatively, print them onto paper and stick the sheets
onto thin card to make the hat stronger.
Colour in all your hat pieces and carefully cut them out.
Glue the two halves of the hat band together, then curve and
glue into a circle. Glue the three parts of the brim into a ring.
Fold back the tabs on the hat crown and glue them firmly
inside the top edge of the hat band circle.
Drop the brim over the crown upside-down. Curve the brim
upwards in three places and tape to the top of the crown to
form the three sides of your hat.
Decorate your hat with a cockade, feather
