It’s hard to imagine a more iconic venue than Wembley.
The place where England won the World Cup against
Germany in 1966, music history was made during Live
Aid in 1985, and where we continue to hold a wide range
of events in London’s beating heart of sports and music.
With a capacity of 90,000, Wembley is the largest stadium
in the UK. As a result, we’re able to offer a hugely flexible
set of event spaces – from the vast Great Hall to the more
intimate Wembley Suite, perfectly suited to a wide variety
of occasions. Whether you’re hosting a world-class
conference, exhibition, awards ceremony, gala dinner,
fashion show or something completely different, Wembley’s
unique history and atmosphere will ensure that your event
is unforgettable.
As well as being one of London’s most diverse events
spaces, Wembley is also one of the most accessible,
with great transport links to London, the UK and Europe,
plus convenient on-site parking. In addition, there’s a

When it comes to conferences, Wembley is an inspiring
venue. From the delegates’ first glimpse of Wembley’s
imposing arch through to the moment they enter the
visually stunning conference area, it’s hard to imagine
a more impressive place to hold your conference or
theatre-based event.
Importantly, Wembley is also an incredibly flexible venue.
Our dedicated team will work alongside you to create the
best possible configuration of tables and seating, ensuring
that delegates have the most effective and enjoyable
time possible. In addition, we’re delighted to offer a
range of culinary options including buffet-style dining,
adding an element of informality and enabling delegates
to communicate comfortably whilst enjoying a range of
delicious food and drink.
We’re pleased to offer a variety of conference spaces, ranging
from 300 to 1,800 seats. The Great Hall is our largest, seating
1,800, followed by the Bobby Moore Room at 1,050, the
Atrium at 700, the Wembley Suite at 300, the Pitch View
Room at 100 and Boxes seating 8, 12 and 20 guests.

We can think of many reasons why you would host a gala
dinner, from a business awards ceremony to a personal
celebration. No matter what your vision is for your gala
dinner, from a memorable event to a magnificent party,
we’ll help you create the perfect setting for the occasion.
At Wembley, we’re particularly proud of our food and drinks
menus. With our 5* level of catering, we are pleased to offer
menus to suit all tastes and special diets. Whether you’re
looking for a full banquet, a buffet, canapés or anything in
between, we’ll be pleased to discuss our full range of food
and drinks options with you.
We offer a variety of events spaces for gala dinners,
depending on your vision for the evening. For example,
the Bobby Moore Room can hold 1,800 for a banquet, 3,250
for cocktails or 1,200 for a buffet, depending on your chosen
layout and schedule for the evening. And at the end of the
evening, we’re perfectly located with an excellent choice of

Wembley’s Great Hall is the perfect venue for iconic events,
from an unforgettable banquet to a classic exhibition.
Discover a vast and versatile space that’s an ideal blank

The depth and enormous capacity of the Great Hall make
it extremely versatile. At 2,000m2 and with a ceiling height
of 5.2m, it comfortably fits up to 1,800 people, whether

Adjoining the Wembley suite, the Atrium is one of our most
flexible areas and ideal for more relaxed events and buffetstyle dining, in an airy space that holds up to 1,300 people.
In our experience the Atrium works particularly well as a
buffet-style dining room, as the open area enables you to
be very flexible with table layouts and seating. Many events
organisers prefer buffet-style dining as it’s more informal,
allowing delegates to network and communicate more
easily. In addition, our delicious buffet, canapé and drinks
options ensure that everyone is very well catered for.

exclusive setting, our Pitch View Rooms offer something
extra special.
Once you enter one of our famous Pitch View Rooms, it’s
impossible not to admire the view from the panoramic
glass windows, which look directly out onto perhaps the
most famous expanse of turf in England. Inside, these
spacious rooms are 311m2 and hold up to 250 people,
forming the ideal space for Boardroom Meetings, Annual
General Meetings or formal gatherings, where everyone
