The main project objective
is the fulfillment of social inclusion strategy aimed
to support the youth integration in the labor market
quickly. The project addresses the issues of dropping
out phenomenon and social inclusion. The project
will be a matter of several aspects: contribute to the
growth of the quality of learning in a European
dimension; the improvement of
the motivational dynamics
of Young, focusing on
excellence in an
innovative way
through: means,
methodologies
and training
modules available for European
consumer; promote
civic culture and personal enrichment to support a
culture of ''acting by building” to develop methods
affecting on economic and social development in
Europe as well as the training and education will
give more significant and immediate opportunities.
Target group:
a) outgoing students from the education
and training system between the ages of 14 and 18 who
are employed , unemployed and unemployed;
b) socio economic hardships and dropping out position
for youth between of 12 and 16 years old;
c) SMEs , especially those operating in the ICT sector;
d) primary and secondary schools ;
e) vocational training institutes working in IeFP as
educational paths;
f) public and private Universities;
g) decision-makers at local, regional, national and
European level;
h) researcher scientist;
i) public.
Labour Market
The expected results
Main Activities:
1. Study and analysis. This phase concerns
research and study. This
research will:
a) "depict momentary
condition" of the
phenomenon of
dropout school and
the employment
situation;
b) underline the
learning objectives;
c) face the procedure to create growth
and employment.
2. Finding innovative methodsof learning
3. Design, construction, testing and publication of the Platform Open Source LMS.
4.Creating the catalog of the training.
5. Evaluation and certification of skills.
6. Business incubator and job placement.
7. Dissemination and exploitation of
project: Multiplier events (Workshops):
a) "Without new backpack Young
grow" in Italy at 14 -16 th October 2016;
b) "Develop skills, improve learning
processes" in Greece at 14-15 th
April 2016;
c) "Objective Young: innovative
measures in the active employment
policies" in Italy 29-31 th May 2017.
In general :
a) strengthening of cooperation between
the education, training and labor market
and the improvement of knowledge level,
basic and transversal skills;
b) European validation such as Europass ,
ECVE , etc as means of prove to
facilitate the recognition for
OFFICE
skills certification
acquired in formal,
non-formal and
informal context;
c) launching
start up enterprises.
A specific level:
a) strengthen the system of
education and training according
to the labor market requirements
and opportunities;
b) greater facilitation to learning
by open educational resources
reducing the geographic block between Member States;
c) stimulate young inventiveness
through mentoring actions for business creation ;
d) creating communication and an
information hub as virtual meeting
point to exchange and discussion.
